We throughly enjoyed our experience here at 31 Castlegate on 29th August. All Covid-19 safety measures in place adequately. The food was absolutely delish and the service excellent. Well worth a visit. However, the decor is a tad outdated and could do with a slight makeover, apart from that 5*’s from us ..

Maxis – YorkSuperb service from start to finish. A good selection of vegan options which were amazing and not too expensive as you're paying for high quality food. We was seated near the window with Clifford Tower for our view. It was stunning. We're happy we had the chance to dine at 31 Castlegate. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you.
