Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffGreat afternoon tea and staff were very helpful. There was a lovely choice of sandwiches made fresh to order. The food was delicious,we had to take our cakes with us we were so full. Would recommend.
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffWe absolutely loved this restaurant. The food was wholesome, fresh and well cooked; the staff couldn’t do enough to help us and were really chatty. The decor was great fun- loved the huge photo of Sydney Harbour bridge. Thank you, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone going to Saundersfoot.
Kookaba Saundersfoot – TenbyService was excellent from the moment we arrived, and the food was marvellous! Delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes. And we really enjoyed the tea and overall presentation. Fabulous experience.

The Inn At Rhiwderin – NewportHaven’t been for a few years and last time we went food was really good, it was even better this time around. Can’t recommend enough. Friendly staff, great food. It was quiet but I prefer it when it’s quieter 10 out of 10
The Inn At Rhiwderin – NewportOur second visit- which was even better than the first! Exquisite food and excellent service
Llys Meddyg – NewportI visited with my daughter on the 8th May for afternoon tea. Everyone was welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and dietary requirements catered to. There was a great choice of teas, coffee and soft drinks. We had to take our cake (choice given) away with us as we were full. I will definitely be back!
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffWe were delighted with our afternoon tea at Pettigrew. They were able to accommodate us, even though we arrived an hour earlier than our booking. The tea was lovely (lots of choice) and the sandwiches, scones and sweets were generous (too much to eat in one sitting - we took some home). Thank-you for a lovely afternoon in a beautiful location.
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffWe decided rather spontaneously to reserve a table at Pettigrew Tea Rooms and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they even gave us a table where we could have our dog with us. The service was splendid and friendly. And the establishment is very cozy. The food was very good! Though I enjoyed the Bara Brith I have to admit that it was a tad too sweet for me. The scones were super delicious and the sandwiches as well. The tea was superb, too! I definitely recommend going there and trying it out for yourself!
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffService was wonderful and the afternoon tea was delicious! Thank you so much!

Llys Meddyg – NewportI booked a surprise birthday meal for my husband at Llys Meddyg. There were 17 of us including 4 children and a baby. We pre-booked our meals due to the size of the party and were able to set up one of the pods in the garden with bunting etc. I can honestly say that I have never felt so looked after by a team of people in a restaurant/ hotel, the staff were professional, polite, courteous, kind and so friendly. Service was outstanding and the food was breathtakingly excellent, beautifully presented and mouth-wateringly delicious. All the wows! Huge compliments to the chefs, waiting and bar staff and the whole team for making the evening one we will never forget. We all had full hearts and happy bellies! Between us we booked three rooms including a family room, they were all immaculately decorated with gorgeous bold colours and artwork, the attention to detail is striking. We all loved the set up and the layout- the cellar bar (Yasss Quinn the cocktail genius and entertainer who had the children mesmerised!) I wish we had had more time to explore the beautiful wines for sale in the wine room, but we will next time! Breakfast the next morning was perfect, outstanding service again, thank you to the chefs who went the extra mile for us. The decor in the restaurant is inspirational, needless to say we are planning our live moss walls! Thank you to everyone at Llys Meddyg for the fantastic experience, we can’t wait to come back.
Llys Meddyg – NewportService and place were great. So was the tea, but unfortunately scones were dry, tasteless and not crispy.
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffOur favourite place in Wales to eat. Took a few visiting friends there for lunch and they loved everything about it. Amazing food, lovely staff, beautiful green surroundings and dog friendly! A very special place.
Llys Meddyg – NewportWe been going to this restaurant for many years. We have a static van in Trevayne. I have never had a bad meal there. And the salad that's served with the meal .is always fresh. Other restaurant in Saundersfoot do not meet they standards.
