It's mostly given over to weddings or corporate functions, so booking is essential. Exec chef Dev Biswal is has devised a unique menu which takes the dinner on a 'Round Britain Tour' of classic British dishes like Irish Stew, Fish & Chips, Welsh Rabbit, Deep Fried Mars Bar (I'm kidding). Most of the produce is grown on the estate's surrounding farm. Check out the Sunday carvery's.
