Restaurant Recommendation

Kleftiko, West London(Recommended by Clare)

Brilliant place - very friendly, great food, great menu, very reasonably priced. Go as often as you can! It's a hidden gem right beside Holland Park Roundabout - park in Royal Crescent. This is the real Greek experience.

Zensai, Camden Town(Recommended by Eve)

An evening having dinner in Zensai is like being whisked away to Borneo for the night! The food: I haven't been able to find such good Malaysian food in London until I went there. Its perfectly spiced, beautifully fresh and leaves you wanting more. Exactly what the cuisine should be like. (How the rest of London hasn't clocked onto this, I don't know!). If you like Malaysian food, you should definitely go to Zensai, you wont be disappointed.

Locale Fulham, South London(Recommended by Cliffy)

This is our favourite local restaurant. Does everything a local should! Lovely staff who recognise you, cool little bar for drinks and really really lovely food - the most important bit! ! can safely recommend it if you live in the area though its a bit off the beaten track.

Garfunkels, Mayfair(Recommended by Browneyedgirl)

Uninspiring starters (potato skins made with spray-on cheese) but good steaks and good service.

Sirena Ristorante Italiano, Marylebone(Recommended by Browneyedgirl)

Stopped in here on a Sunday night. Food was plentiful and delicious, service was a little too personal (husband was grilled about why he'd left his salad) and slow at times. Not my first choice but worth a visit.

Pizza Paradiso, Marylebone(Recommended by Browneyedgirl)

Visited here with friends on what seemed to be a busy Friday night. Food was delicious - the arancini, bruschetta and lamb cutlets especially. However, service was a little slow, possibly because our waitress was new. Will still be back.

Zensai, Camden Town(Recommended by Justin)

The Seabass at Zensai is wonderful. The fish was cooked to perfection and was beautifully seasoned. I recommend the Seabass topped off with one of their Champagne cocktails. The combination is amazing!
