Lovely food, we had the Sunday carvery and the toffee/honeycomb cheesecake which was gorgeous. Staff were very attentive without being invasive. We forgot the football game was on when booking but staff asked on arrival if we wanted to be able to watch it from our table, when we said no we were seated at the other end so weren't bothered by it.

Before I start, this is a biased review, because I love Da Gino. My husband took me last night 10.6.21 to celebrate a very special birthday and we had a wonderful time. The staff, the ambience and the food were outstanding, as always. The welcome was warm; the staff are all long serving and it really feels as if they know you personally. I discovered I love courgette cooked the 'Da Gino' way, which is a huge surprise because normally I can't stand the stuff! It's been a long time since we were able to visit and we can't wait to go back again. My husband had the duck and he said it was 'fantastic', the sauce just right and the duck beautifully cooked. My only sadness was I didn't have room for desert because they looked amazing too. Thank you for a lovely evening. See you again soon.

Nice to see a return to more people in both the garden area and inside. Four of us enjoyed the mains & deserts. Large portions for mains. Been a while since we visited but was just as good as we remembered.

Had lunch with friends and it was a lovely experience. Friendly welcome, comfortable seats, great service and the food was superb as always. Quieter than normal so please give it a try

Had lunch at the Vine on the 8th June, three adults and a toddler. Very nice food would certainly go there again. Service good, pleasant staff.

Booked for lunch 03/06/2021 2 people and a dog. Could not fault staff or food but sadly ordered a pint of Speckled Hen and a pint of Wainwrights but both tasted of chemicals and were sent back and were told pipes had been cleaned 3 days earlier so not chemicals. We were one of the first customers and the only other thought was that they had not drawn enough or any beer through the pipes prior to serving. We have visited before whilst working in the area and are back again working for 3 months but sadly were not impressed. Janet Musson

Was very expensive for what you get compared to other Lebanese restaurant. It was not a good value for your money overall less than average

An amazing experience at Da Gino's. Our first time here but will definitely be returning. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection and service second to none. A great atmosphere and staff attentive to your needs. Will definitely be making further bookings.

Excellent meal and service. We have eaten here before and we have never been disappointed. We have had a range of meals from your menu and each one has been to a high standard. If you want a guaranteed high standard meal then this is the restaurant to book.

Our favourite pub ,,, service is always fantastic ,, especially Sharon and Andy ,, home cooked food is delicious and always a lovely friendly atmosphere

We came here for midweek tea at the pub. The pub is lovely, great outdoor space for families and also incorporates a great area for watching sports. The staff are really friendly, helpful and make the place feel warm and welcoming. The food wow, it was great pub food, tasty, well cooked, good portion size, pipping hot and the onion rings are real battered big ones. We really enjoyed it, we are lucky to have this place just down the road so we are looking forward to coming back.
