A lovely lunch at the Red Lion. Good food in nice surroundings served by very pleasant staff.

Food is always exceptional here and we love the warm, relaxing feel of a traditional country pub. A hidden gem that continues to be a favourite for us. We absolutely love it here. Will always recommend the Vine Game Pie - without a doubt the best pie out there!!

Lovely pub in a great location with a large outdoor area. Food was great as was the service. The prices are very reasonable too. All the staff were very friendly. We will certainly be back.

Came to celebrate my sister-in-laws birthday. As usual, service was excellent and lovely large portions. Pate served with plenty of bread - some place only give two measly small pieces but here, plenty!! The portion sizes brat my sister-in-law, who cannot stop talking about the tasty Tennessee Chicken. We all had two courses but, sadly, had no room for desserts!

Excellent home cooked food and service as always!

Yesterday was another fantastic Sunday lunch at Coombe Hall. My husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere, and the food was excellent. Unlike a traditional busy pub or restaurant, the service is really good and always friendly, never overcrowded or noisy and just a lovely meal out. Great that we can also bring dessert home to enjoy with a movie later in the day.

Bit pricey but worth the treat food perfect and lovely staff

A pleasant lunch at a busy Saturday lunchtime, somewhat affected by parents not controlling their children at adjoining tables. Food fine although I found my main course of faggots a little too spicy, but my son enjoyed his chicken. My son’s request for no ice in his drink was not met and we were given the wrong bill at the end of the lunch. I think it was all quite an expensive meal for what we had, particularly with VAT added on the final bill.

Sorry, I won a 2 free 2 course meal. It was only a set menu, we were never told that. The x2 person mezze would have been nothing we would have chosen. Sorry but if you offer a voucher, you really do need to put the T&C's on it. It was not good. We both left really disappointed from that

Always good food at the Red Lion, nothing fancy just good pub grub. Service and price is ok too.

We had a lovely meal for our Daughter's 22nd birthday. Emma works as a midwife and had been on nights leading up to the meal. Da Gino's staff gave us all a hugely enjoyable time-service was perfect and attentive. The food was delicious and was good value. Thanks for a great night.

Ambience and food were very good the Sunday lunch menu was a little restricted, but the available food was good. The staff were also very friendly.

We have been coming to to this pub/restaurant for the last 15 years and the food doesn’t disappoint. Went Sunday and food excellent as always

Sunday lunch at The Red Lion was nothing short of amazing. Huge plate of mixed meats beautifully cooked, huge Yorkshire and fabulous roasties. Big dish of mixed greens and another of cauliflower cheese. Can't praise it enough.

Had a Steak and Mushroom Pie, Absolutely Awful, The Worst I Have ever Had

It was a nice relaxing atmosphere, having nice time with my daughter after a busy week.

Polite friendly staff, lots of choice on the menu. Really tasty food!
