The Copper Pot – CardiganVery poor. We were really looking forward to eating here as we had been there before. The service was good but unfortunatley the food was luke warm. Pudding was terrible. The place was empty. Only one person on another table and they closed the kitchen by 9 p.m.
Kookaba Saundersfoot – TenbyThis was wonderful- it is so oldy worldie- with so much character. My family and friend really enjoyed. It was so calming to be sitting and having afternoon tea- which I must say- was the best and probably the best I’ve ever had. Also it allows dogs- I brought my puppy and he really enjoyed being there- and they supply dog treats. It is a great service and the lovely man who served us- was so calm and polite and made me feel stress free. GIVE HIM THE MANAGERS JOB! Overall- it was great.
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffLovely cream teas. The food looks great here. Would definitely come back.
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffDelicious food and a fabulous location. Our second time having afternoon tea at Pettigrew Tea Rooms and won't be our last!
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffGreat evening at Bangkok Cafe, not been in a while as no longer live in Cardiff. Great food and lovely friendly service. Will be back next time we are visiting
Bangkok Cafe – CardiffGreat food and service for our afternoon tea. Every element was delicious and high quality. It was a bit expensive which might put some off but it was for a special occasion and we had a great time.
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffHad afternoon tea with my wife on Friday 16th February it was a gift from our children and we both enjoyed it, the sandwiches were very tasty especially the cheese sandwiches. My only criticism was firstly the service was very slow the wait time was to long, the serving staff could be a bit more friendly by simply asking customers if everything was ok and finally the pot of tea was half full, if you like your tea as I do it could have had more hot water in the pot. Overall we enjoyed our afternoon tea even though it was a little noisy and the stairs were a bit steep for us oldies.
Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffIncredible food - ordered a blue ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection - fantastic service, could not have wished for a better 3 course meal. Highly recommend!
The Copper Pot – CardiganHas to be the best place to eat in Saunders Foot, the ribs and steaks are so tender and tasty, they are awesome, love this place.
Kookaba Saundersfoot – TenbyDelicious food, lovely atmosphere, not too loud, nice background music, friendly service!
Bangkok Cafe – CardiffThe food was great, low and slow meat which was divine. We were a family of 3, having an early dinner on valentines, knowing that the restaurant would be busy, we were so pleased not to be rushed. The service was great, the front of house staff were so friendly and kind to our little boy, it really made our evening. It’s not fancy, it’s a bbq restaurant, but if you want amazing meat, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere, this is your place
Kookaba Saundersfoot – TenbyExcellent Malaysian food - I took a group of colleagues for dinner as part of a work meeting, and they were all extremely impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Happy Lok – CardiffLovely food and lovely staff. Thank you

The Copper Pot – CardiganExcellent meal.. lovely service and atmosphere..the Chinese new year decorations were so pretty.. food so tasty and generous portions.. friendly and professional service.. we'll definitely be returning.

Kookaba Saundersfoot – TenbyDidn’t enjoy it at all. We as a family of 4 went back here when the new owners took over and the food was beautiful and home made at the beginning. The food was all fresh and we went back a few more times. We went yesterday 11/02/24 and the food was cold. We as adults had starters and they brought out the kids food with our starters which we were not asked if this is what we wanted. One of the dinners were cold. Our food came out and we ordered pigs in blankets as a side. Again these used to be homemade with a honey glazed sauce. Yesterday these just looked like bought ones and shoved in a dish no sauce just very plain frozen pigs in blanket. Our main food was cold. Gravy was like water. Disappointing as it was lovely at the beginning and we were pleased to get a table. We won’t be going back. Also there was a party of 20 out in the conservatory which was fine but I noticed the lady who is running the restaurant was shaking her head at the table from the bar which I found very unprofessional. If there is an issue deal with it don’t make it known to others.
