Lovely food, great portion sizes, friendly staff, good prices

We are at Elmas on Monday night. The food was gorgeous and service excellent. We’ll definitely be returning. Quite busy for a Monday evening and really nice atmosphere

We were recommended to visit Sabrosa by our granddaughter who lives in Oxton. We are visiting from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and thoroughly enjoyed the food especially the paella and the aubergine fritters. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and all in all an enjoyable occasion. We hope to visit again with our granddaughters before we return. We were disappointed that the restaurant was pretty quiet but we di eat early at 5.30pm on Friday 16th Julty 2021.

Had a lovely lunch at Salt Bar with a couple of friends. It's the perfect place to go if you want something different but feel at home. The food was delicious and we particularly appreciated having more than one gluten free dessert options to choose from, neither being just ice cream! I had the lemon & lavender polenta cake which was excellent. I will definitely go back again and again.

We went to Elmas for my daughter's birthday. We were delighted with the food, price and service. We were well looked after and it really helped to make the day special.

Lovely food and friendly staff. Disappointed that there was no Ribera del Duero for the second coco season universe visit but otherwise a good evening.

My husband and I decided to visit the Lilac Cottage for our wedding anniversary lunch, off the back of a recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed. The venue itself was lovely, we opted to sit in the secret garden, which has been decorated beautifully and was very comfortable seating. The host and other staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. It was a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't busy at all (we were the only ones in the garden) and the service was quick. The food was SUPERB! We definitely ordered more than we should of but that's what Tapas is for anyway. Each dish was delicious, was good perfectly and was thoroughly enjoyed. The drinks were good too, I had an aperol spritz and my husband had a cider, unfortunately they didn't have his normal due to a delayed delivery, but instead he opted for a Spanish cider, which was nice and refreshing. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent meal. Very family friendly. Relaxed atmosphere and varied menu. Staff were helpful and friendly. A lovely restaurant we visited on a stop over in Lymm. We would thoroughly recommend.

Yet another excellent meal in comfortable surroundings and a great atmosphere is these socially-distanced times. Smorgasbord starter offered plenty of choice followed by well-presented mains, burger for me and the meatballs for my wife. Always a favourite and no disappointment here. Just room for a shared dessert-fabulous. Friendly and efficient team made for a very pleasant evening.
