Excellent service and food, have been a few times and the staff are very friendly and professional. Very good , would definitely recommend!!!!!

Lovely place, wonderful food and friendly staff. My only comment would be if there was Spanish music playing in the background - not load but just there ! Also thought upstairs was too bright - just needs attention to the ambiance and it would be perfect !

What a great venue! We came for a quick drink and bite to eat and stayed the afternoon in the secret garden. Great food, drink selections and service we loved it and will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great Sunday experience

Awful service. Only went for cocktails and they took 30 minutes for the first few and some members of the party were waiting over an hour for their drinks, got a refund and left in the end. Kept blaming the app yet when a member of staff went and ordered them again they still didn't arrive. Cocktails weren't nice enough to justify their price.

I took my Mum for a sparkling afternoon tea for her birthday and we loved it! A lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes and tea with tea leaves. The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The setting was gorgeous, lovely decor and very welcoming. The only small negative would be the bread wasn't as fresh as it could be but otherwise we loved it.

Visited for dinner last Thursday night. Lovely place, clean, spacious, felt safe. Food was excellent, good portions, really enjoyed our starters and mains, in fact too full for dessert! Would definitely recommend.

Came for afternoon tea. Service, atmosphere, food, venue, secret garden were all amazing. That good I booked again to go a few days later!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Townhouse and couldn’t fault anything. The staff were all really good especially Mark the night porter who went out of his way to return an item that we had left at the Hotel. He really went above and beyond and we thank him for that.
