We eat here regularly and only occasionally are we disappointed. Most recently 4 of us fined in the evening, choosing sea bass, lasagne and chicken dijone, plus deserts. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a good warm atmosphere
Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughPicked due to a recommendation so it was new to us. Despite the quiet night maybe due to a mid week dark cold evening we had an amazing meal. Polite staff and very prompt service. Great value as this wasn't just standard pub food I'd say this was more restaurant level in a lovely pub setting. Very chilled place which made for a relaxing meal. Couldn't fault the value for a good size high quality meal. Would very much recommend
Craven Arms – SettleMy 3 sisters and I came for the first time on Tuesday evening for a birthday meal. We started with cocktails then delicious food - lamb spanaka, lemon feta chicken and mixed souvlaki. The staff were lovely. We will definitely be going again.
Raph’s Lounge – HullI met a friend for lunch - there had been a glitch over the arrival of the front of house staff, but the kitchen staff stepped into the breach very well and were very helpful. Good food, served attractively and just the right size. Accommodated our preference for 2 starters - can recommend for a lovely lunch.
Le Bistro Des Amis – Skipton5* honestly couldn’t ask for better service. The staff were so friendly and brilliant. It was my son’s 21st birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for him. Food was beautiful too

The Kings Arms – RichmondWe had a very nice lunch at the Craven Arms. Nice soup and a very good choice of sandwiches. There was also a good selection of drinks, including wine by the glass. The full lunch menu (including desserts) sounded really interesting, however we only required a light(ish) lunch en route to our destination further up the A65. If we are in the area again we will look to stop and sample more of the food on offer! Highly recommended!
Craven Arms – SettleMyself, my daughter and her partner came to Raph's yesterday for Sunday lunch. We had a beef and a chicken Sunday lunch, and a lemon garlic chicken with rice and feta cheese. The staff were polite and attentive, the excellent food came swiftly and hot out of the kitchen, with portions too generous for us to finish! It was very good value for money and we would certainly go there again. For me, it would probably be only for lunch because I live about an hour away, but my daughter and her partner may well be in one evening to try the a la carte menu. Thank you to all.

Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughWent with a friend for an early evening meal last night. I ordered the lasagne as I'd had it the last time I visited and it was delicious. Unfortunately it was lukewarm so I sent it back. The waiter (sorry I didn't get his name) apologised, dealt with it efficiently and politely and even came back to the table to let me know it would be just a couple of minutes. He is a great asset. The lasagne was as nice as I remembered it, unfortunately I just couldn't finish it all. Will certainly return.

Denmans Restaurant – HalifaxArrived at 12.00 for lunch, we were greeted and shown to a table. The restaurant was spotless. We ordered chicken sambuca, it was delicious in a creamy mushroom sauce. Our friends ordered salmon taglliatelli which was a good size portion as was the pasta dish ordered by her partner. Would revommend this restaurant.
