Beautiful food in a wonderful venue.

Table booked for 8 people at 6 p.m. Table occupied on arrival by others who were not prepared to move as the Table had not been available for them at their allocated time. Following intense discussions with staff and the others we left at 6.30 as no Table available and went to another restaurant You do not appear to be able to manage bookings so would not recommend.

This was our second visit to Brooks and it was just as good as the first! Excellent food and great service from lovely staff - an all round great experience which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I chose this restaurant due to the great menu choices and it didn't disappoint. The food was lovely, service was good and there was a nice atmosphere. We will be back!

Booked this for my birthday meal Called a week ahead, told the booking was fine, no follow up until I called a couple days before, told no booking was on the system on their end. Had to be booked in half an hour before the kitchen closed (which was not told to us until 10pm when we asked about dessert) the drinks took ages to come, the preorder was not received on their end even after I had sent it twice Honestly really disappointing service, I won’t be coming back however the food was great so that’s a plus.

Went on a Saturday night wanted a nice meal with my partner, very loud you couldn't hear yourself speak. Party of 8 overpowered the room. Ordered salmon salad which was lovely my partner ordered fillet steak and asked how he would like it which he asked for well done. Half way through eating it was raw inside when we told the waitress she just said ok I'll tell the chef nothing was done. Paid left no apology.

Atmosphere: just the right amount of busy and cosy. Food: 10/10 delicious Service: We had to keep calling over for service but super friendly. Tips for improvement? One of our guests had a full glass of coke accidentally poured over her legs and coat. Accidents happen but I was surprised she wasn’t offered a free meal or even the cost of the drink removed! Would I return? Yes!
