Cannot fault this place. The food is absolutely perfect, atmosphere is like no other. Service is great, staff are brill.

This place is absolutely lovely! The way they celebrate customers on their birthdays is so uplifting. I spent a weekend in Liverpool and came here on my first night, and this place was the highlight of my whole stay. I would definitely return to this restaurant when I’m next down in Liverpool. The portions are massive and taste just as amazing the following morning!

Had a fab meal here - fish finger sandwich and soup. Delicious - the fish was succulent and the soup was really tasty. A good atmosphere too. Will definitely be back.

The food was really nice and well presented. The staff are very helpful and nothing is any trouble for them. The hotel is beautiful and would recommend it to everyone. I have had afternoon tea there and there is plenty of everything. Will definitely go back soon.

Lovely chilled place was expecting a very mediocre meal but was pleasantly surprised I had a very tasty turkey dinner The staff were extremely friendly and helpful....the music playing was 70 classics would definitely go back

It was wonderful to get back to the Ying Wah. Simon and his staff have made a massive effort for us to have a great evening and keep us safe. The food was amazing, great choice with generous helpings. Definitely will be back and highly recommend the restaurant .

We went to the Richmond for winter afternoon tea and I can’t explain how amazing it was. The food and staff were outstanding!!! My mums words to the staff were “you made my birthday so special”

Always look forward to going the Ying Wah, been going for years now always stick to the same meal. Steak because I know its always going to be nice and I enjoy it. Went last night and enjoyed it as always the staff are lovely. Simon's done a good job on the refurbishment, very modern interior would definitely recommend the Ying Wah you wont be disappointed whatever you order.

Lovely food, good quality, great value for money and wide choice .... all cooked by chefs in the kitchen on view. Spotlessly clean and great service from the staff. Definitely be back.
