Arnero – Manchester City CentreFantastic meal again last night as usual great starters chicken tikka so delicious and the curries were just awesome Kashmiri lamb rogan Josh and chicken vindaloo the flavours were just supreme plus brilliant service as always from the staff in particular Si
Titos Asian Grill Indian – PrestwichExcellent food, service and beer! Wine was nice too and waiter/waitress knowledge was great too. Really pleasant atmosphere as well.
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichThoroughly enjoyed our recent lunch at the Rising Moon. Bitterly cold outside but received a very warm welcome which was obviously a busy day for the two waiting staff. Lamb Henry was delicious, nice chunk of lamb and lovely mint gravy. Our party also had the Hunters Chicken and Fish and Chips, again these were said to be very good. The service was a little slow but didn’t bother us, it was busy and as I said only two waiting on who did a good job. Would definitely recommend the Rising Moon and will definitely be going back.
The Rising Moon – HydeDelicious food in VERY hearty portions. Great service and lovely atmosphere. Menu and ambience quite authentic and unpretentious Highly recommended.
Armenian Taverna and Restaurant – Manchester City CentreLovely environment, food delicious. Service was efficient and the staff who served us were helpful and polite. Will definitely be returning
The Rising Moon – HydeSuperb service. Fabulous menu. My chicken chatt was not on the menu but I asked if I could have it. It was very very nice. Ten out of ten. Thank you.
Arnero – Manchester City CentreAlways enjoy our meal at Panama Hattys. The atmosphere and service is good too and we had a great evening once again.
Panama Hattys Grill – PrestwichThe food was excellent and the service was very good. The waiter who served us had a really good sense of humour so we had a lot of fun. Perfect for pre-theatre dining!
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreChefs chicken curry and pork stir fry excellent can't fault it and robinsons beer excellent too. Staff very friendly and would definitely go again soon
The Rising Moon – HydeAmazing food and service! We went for the football. Would definitely recommend
The Drop Bar Cafe Restaurant – ChorltonLove the drop -fabulous food and drinks as always -well presented and beautifully cooked. Love this place -thank you
The Drop Bar Cafe Restaurant – ChorltonExcellent experience from start to finish. Offered a really nice window table and a drink at the bar before being seated. Atmosphere had a good vibe with background music being just that (background music) rather than so loud you can't hear the person sitting opposite like some city centre restaurants. Service was very good and all staff very attentive. The food was excellent. We will certainly book the next time we visit Manchester.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreAmazing food which all 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed. The staff here are a credit to the owners, waiting staff are so good. One of our group are Gluten free and they brought GF bread out without her asking. Easy to book on line and lovely ambience inside. Easily one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester/Bury.
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichGood atmosphere and nice decor. Service disappointing, food very good, some may find portions small for the price. Our booking was for Sunday at 6pm and initially we were only offered a limited, pre-theatre fixed price menu, two courses (starter and main) for £22. On request, we were given the à la carte menu, but told we could only order pasta or pizza. We felt prices were on the high side, but don't know how they compare with other city centre eateries. (I paid far less for similar in London in the summer. ) Re service, we had three different servers. I asked at least two of them for water for the table. I eventually got one glass. Water should be offered as standard. One server in particular seemed completely disorganised and inattentive. We gave up on anyone offering to bring the bill and I paid at the desk. It was only after we'd left that I realised a service charge had been added. Yes, I should have paid more attention, and asked gor the itemised bill, but even so in my view the customer should decide on the tip. As a guide, we had two pasta dishes, one dessert, a small and large wine at a cost of £65.
