This was the 2nd time I’ve been for a meal at the Armenian Taverna. On this occasion it was mid afternoon prior to an evening concert. The food was perfect, I’m a vegetarian and had Mushroom Stroganoff as main course and I’ve got to say it’s the most tasteful I’ve had at any other restaurant. The service cannot be faulted, all the staff from entering to leaving were so attentive and friendly. And summing up the meal we had was excellent value for money. If you’ve not tried true Armenian food, you must visit this wonderful establishment.

We have been here a few times and it never disappoints. The food is amazing and you can’t fault the service, nothing is too much to ask for. The cocktails are really good too, very good value for money. By far the best Mexican we’ve ever been to!

Our first visit and it certainly won't be our last. We had the early bird menu and were pleasantly surprised with the generosity of the portions, because normally discounted meals mean discounted portions! The food was delicious and service was excellent but it was very quiet. Three course for two people, including drinks and a tip for £40 was fantastic!

Been loads of times over the years and we also have amazing food, service is superb and it's a good relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend the lamb and hummus starter and the fish sizzling platter to share. Also the steaks are delicious. I would always recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience; booking a table for six couldn't be easier with their online system. Once we arrived the host and staff were more than welcoming and friendly, the food was incredible! Every dish was well presented, packed with favour and more delightful than the menu description. My wife is a Coeliac and there were several options for her to choose from. This wonderful place has become our go to restaurant

Four of us had lunch, we have visited previously. Excellent menu and specials, we were spoilt for choice. We were looked after extremely well. All of the team are a credit to the restaurant. Definitely recommend a visit. Thank you Crowded House.

Excellent service great food

Lovely atmosphere and staff very friendly and service was superb. Choice of menu was extensive and was cooked beautifully. Mario himself came out to make sure we were satisfied with our meals. We were very much so. We will definitely go there again.

Love this place! Only downside is lack of a vegan main course. However it’s a great place to meet and eat!

Cosy atmosphere. Food was amazing. Huge portions and there's something to cater for all dietary requirements. Our waitress was really pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be returning! 10/10

Always delicious and lovely friendly atmosphere. It is not a fast affair as food is cooked fresh and they are always busy, but it is none the less the most enjoyable Sunday lunch.
