Food was absolutely first class and could not be faulted. Venue was busy but there were no undue delays in service. Prices were OK except the price for a medium white wine seemed a little high. Perhaps we were charged the price for a large wine? [Before posting I note that Michelle Latchford makes a similar comment re: price of wine] Overall, well worth a visit and a venue we would return to.
The Fox Roby Mill – WiganA friend and I had an early evening meal, starter and main, which did not disappoint! The starters of garlic bread and calamari fritti were lovely. I had a cannelloni dish with beef, spinach and ricotta , my friend a pasta dish with salmon. We shared a side salad of tomatoes and onions. The food was absolutely delicious and the service friendly and attentive but not overly so. I’ll definitely go again.

The Art of Tea – DidsburyWent here for dinner and it was lovely. The service was amazing, fast and whilst very polite. The staff were so welcoming and friendly which made the overall experience great! Food was tasty and big portions and we were given complimentary garlic bread. Would definitely recommend and go again.

The efficiency of the staff along with many of them having delightful sense of humour, is top notch. Overall a perfect meal & we will certainly be back again. Only complaint is that the wine is very expensive.

Il Mulino – WiganIt was the first time we had been here and omg it was fantastic. Food was absolutely amazing. Me and my partner had cocktail and they were fantastic too. Will defaintly be going again very soon. Its our favourite restaurant to go to now.
La Sentidos Loca – WiganReally enjoyed our meal, fantastic atmosphere, lovely staff and great service, and food was great. We'll definitely be back. Only negative was Covid related - tables are packed in pretty tight (which helps the cosy atmosphere!) and it was full, so social distancing couldn't really be adhered to, several customers didn't wear masks when moving around, and neither did the owner, who spoke to each table (which was a lovely touch customer-service wise, but no so great for Covid!)
