Ate here recently on a friday night, early doors without a booking, but they were fully booked for later on. Cauliflower soup to start, very nice indeed, not overseasoned like I've had elsewhere. Main of line caught sea bass fillet, pan fried. Very nicely cooked , caramalised skin, not overdone. Full of flavour (not always the case with bass.) Service was attentive and informative, although we did have one of the managers as our waiter, so would expect that level of knowledge! Plenty of staff polishing glasses and plates so it all bodes well for the future. I'll definitely be going back.
