One of my group got charged an adult price despite being under 1.5m. Food was bland and fresh cooked meat was tough and flavourless. Kids left to run riot by their parents. Tables not very well layed out and to many. Better off paying a little more and going to Aroma!

Didn't even end up staying prices are ridicules, brought my 1 year old and 3 year old who they used to charge £3 each and my 10 year old who got charged for an adult, we've been I the past and was very happy but I won't go there again as the staff was not helpful and to be quite honest just rude. This was my daughters favourite place that we feel we can no longer go to the restaurant as we felt completely ripped off

Had booked for 6, however, there was 8 of us which was no problem as the place was empty at the time of visit. Disappointed that for some reason (not known) this evening (15/02/2024) was Cash only payment? This is rather a lot of money to be carrying about and the restaurant could have texted or emailed me before hand to advise as they has all my details from the online booking? Also, feel as the place did get full of customers during the evening having so much cash on site was dangerous and open to a robbery attempt perhaps especially on entry there was a paper sign saying Cash only for outsiders to see.

The food was lovely, but I was a bit disappointed with the wait staff. I had brought my 11yr old son and a friend in for his birthday dinner. I had checked on the website to make sure I could bring a birthday cake in. I asked the staff if they minded sorting the cake and bringing it over later and was told it was no problem. Wheni asked for the cake to be brought over, the lady brought it to the table without saying a word, dumped it in front of me and left so quickly I had only just started singing the first line of happy birthday. I know they were busy and didn't expect to be serenaded by the whole staff, but I thought one person should have been able to make it a little more special than just putting the cake on the table..

Great value for money and the food is first class.

Brilliant place loved it

2 weeks in advance, booked a table for 6 at 18:30 on a Sat night, phoned and revised this up to a table for 9 a few days later. Arrived at the restaurant at 18:15 with a long queue outside, joined queue and phoned to confirm if this was correct or we could just walk in, was told to join the queue. After 10 mins of seeing people just walk in one of our party went in and spoke to the reception who confirmed we did not need to wait in the queue and they would notify us when a table was ready, upon confirming the reservation we found out that apparently we had booked a table for 5 people not 9 and when questioned was told that that was written down so it doesn’t matter what we say (despite even showing the original reservation for 6 people). After another 10 mins was offered 2 “booths” of 4 next to each other, which we declined as it would have split out group and been a squeeze, this was responded by a “well you’ll just have to wait longer then”. Eventually we were seated at 18:45 at a table which was very congested and entry/exit for 8/10 seats was very difficult as you could only get through the space between the next table if one of the chairs was fully tucked in. Upon entry we were asked if we required any high chairs (we had 2 “small” children), we asked for just one then were shown to our table, this chair didn’t arrive and we had to go and find them. No hint of admission that anything was their fault. Crampt seating arrangement. Clearly only interested was getting people in/out as quick as possible (booking was irrelevant). Food was below average, atmosphere was (nothing from the staff), pricing feels a bit high for the experience.

Visited on 15/01/24 Reception need training Didn’t even ask whether I have booked or not. Receptionists were welcomed rudely When I just open the door and came in the person was going upstairs and told to stay there. Later when I was waiting in que But they allowed people who came in with money was allowed. Later they told that payment machine not working and just asked to go up and pay (not guided.) Indian choices were less one side counter was closed. Almost dishes were empty( Indian side) Service team was good helping and plates were cleared on time. Neatly presented table and clean surrounding

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary on 8th January 2024 and it was nice and clean. Food was good service was also good

Very good value for money with a great variety of food well cooked. The only negative comment is that some parents were not controlling their children who were running wildly around the restaurant and shouting loudly.

A wholesome experience. Good food, great ambiance . Downside was that one of the hospitality staff was requesting for a tip, quite odd. I’d visit again

The food was plentiful and the staff were generally helpful although the young man taking payment when we entered could do with some customer service training. It was busy and dishes were being replenished regularly but there were very limited options for two of our party who are vegan. There were also less choices of desserts than we’ve found on previous visits. The price has gone up and the quality has gone dotin my opinion

Although we was a bit late for our booked table we still managed to get a table for a decent amount of time. waiting to get a drink was time consuming and not a lot of choice. the food was mostly warm at best and a lot of dishes didn’t have much taste, few chicken wings wasn’t cooked enough either. won’t be returning

It was our first time and we loved it! It was my daughter’s birthday and she really wanted to go to Spoon. It was great experience!

Plenty of choice,food was hot and everything was clean and tidy Friendly and helpful staff

Staff were very friendly , wide variety of food choices, good price & the food tasted lovely.
