Wing Wah Chinese Restaurant – ErdingtonExcellent food, there Kebab's are in my opinion the best in B'ham!! Only down side is that the portions have become smaller and prices have been increased!! Still good value for money and for the taste - they are worth every penny!!
Lahore – Balti TriangleWe decided we wanted an Italian meal but where to go? Checking on Google we came across La Nonna and read a little about it. Pleasantly surprised to find the reference to La Caverna which was a favourite haunt of a colleague [Tony Seeley] we decided to give it a try. Outside impressions were a little mixed but once inside we knew we had found a place we would enjoy. All the warmth and bonhomie one expects form a good Italian restaurant followed by good service and excellent food. Definitely a night to savour and to look forward to the next time.
La Nonna – SheldonI love Lahore, put have become really disappointed recently. We go there fairly often, so know what to expect but since re-doing the sit in part, there potions have decreased hugely and there prices have gone up!! There food is gorgeous, but for the price you pay, you'd expect there old portions, so for that reason I have stopped going there!!
Lahore – Balti TriangleFantastic place to stop and eat. Very friendly service, the owner Frank is such a kind man, always stops to make sure your food or drink is what you ordered. Highly recommended.
Clock Cafe The – Northfieldhaving recently spent my birthday meal at this restaurant my friends and i were very impressed firstly the service was excellent with a lot of attention but not too overbearing ,the food was really delicious and very different from the other restaurants ,the ambience was pleasant which all made for a really good night out and well worth the price we paid we women who are usually hard to please will definitely return.

Wing Wah Chinese Restaurant – ErdingtonVisited Longfellows last night for an anniversary meal and was delighted with the experience. Welcome was friendly, service prompt and attentive. Food was flavoursome well presented and good sized portions. Price was slightly more than your average out of town restaurant but then quality and fresh cooked meals are. Will definitely go again.
Longfellows – SolihullAverage place with average food. Nothing exciting...would suit the after pub lager louts!!! Went with a family of four...doubt I will be visiting again with family!!!
Curry Garden – ErdingtonThis is an excellent restaurant and bar, quite different to the other establishments in the area in its more modern feel. Me and my girlfriend had a cocktail in the bar first (Freshly made) before moving into the restaurant for our meal. It had a lovely relaxed feel with very friendly, attentive staff. I had garlic mushrooms to start, which were beautifully moist and my partner had the pate, which she really enjoyed. We both had fillet steaks for main, which were perfectly cooked to our liking (rare and medium) and a bottle of Cabernet Merlot, which was lovely. The entire bill came to less than £60 including the cocktails, which we thought was excellent value for money and to top it all off, if you don't fancy going home there is a Premier Inn next door!
Colmore Bar and Grill – Birmingham City CentreMy other half and i go to the Jafrany nearly every week. The service is excellent with very friendly efficient staff. The food is very reasonably priced ( as cheap as a good takeaway) and is of excellent quality. You can take your own drink and the staff will be happy to provide you with ice , glasses for your drinks. We have made this our favorite regular meal out.
Jafrany – NorthfieldI would recommend this wonderful gem of a cafe to everyone. I go there once a week for lunch and the food is nicely presented and very appetising. The couple who own it are very welcoming and friendly
