Vine Inn – StourbridgeOur group of seven enjoyed wonderful food, brilliant service, and a most hospitable crew. The Vine Inn is a gem. Superb in every respect.
Vine Inn – StourbridgeWe have dined in the restaurant many times, to host guests and privately. The food is good and with variety. Staff are providing good services. I do have one observation regarding the crockery, particular the teapot served on the table. It doesn't pour well, often leak and dribble the tea all over the table or floor. There is room to improve. Overall, my guests and I enjoy eating there.
Panda Mami – WarwickHad a lovely lunchtime meal. Excellent country pub, welcoming staff and good value too. Will visit again for sure.
The Red Lion – CoventryI have dined at The Warwickshire Lad many times over the past 20 to 30 years and chefs have come and gone. This week I enjoyed probably the nicest meal I have ever been served there. I chose slow roasted belly draft, with crackling, red cabbage, potato dauphinoise and a really wonderful gravy. The pork was succulent and a generous portion, the potatoes were light and creamy, they were a perfect accompaniment. For pud, we shared a bramley apple pie and custard, also really scrummy. I won't be leaving it as long before I go back for more. It's a lovely olde worlde pub, with ample parking, we dined al fresco, there is plenty of room if you use a stroller or a wheelchair.
The Warwickshire Lad – SolihullLovely meal as always. Venison haunch nice and tender
Vine Inn – StourbridgeFood was extremely poor. Things were either under or overcooked, meat not rested, poor sides (fries/veg etc), all tasteless and underseasoned. Only dish that was okay was the fish and chips. Dirty glassware. Feedback was well-received but wouldn't return unfortunately.
Vine Inn – StourbridgeHad a great experience, was out with the girls. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and everything we ordered was really tasty. The shisha was also smooth and lasted well throughout the evening. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy good food and unwind with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive too. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and quality shisha!
Aqua Food and Mood – CoventryCame here for the first time last Sunday evening with my friend who was visiting from Portugal. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. The staff were fantastic and were very helpful and hospitable. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Aqua Food and Mood – CoventryFriendly and efficient staff. Good selection of reasonably priced dishes on the menu. We had the fish and chips (lovely big piece of fish) and slow cooked belly pork which was delicious. Had cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding dessert - though we found these a bit too sweet for our tastes.
The Warwickshire Lad – SolihullNice, relaxed atmosphere. Our kids enjoyed it a lot.
The Red Lion – CoventryAbsolutely brilliant as always. Never had a bad meal. Staff are excellent
The Red Lion – CoventryAlways food quality on top
Malai – Sutton ColdfieldWe went for an early evening , the staff were friendly and there’s always a warm welcome! On the whole the food was ok, the prawn cocktail was not very good, runny sauce which tasted nothing like marie rose and the prawns had either been microwaved or defrosted quickly, they were chewy and served with stale bread. Again the main prawn cocktail wasn’t very nice but the lasagne and kids meal was great!
The Red Lion – CoventryBooked last minute for dinner on a Wed night, first time visit. Sat outside in the very pleasant beer garden. Staff were lovely, food great and good range of drinks. We'll definitely be back!
The Warwickshire Lad – SolihullWe really enjoyed dining at The Vine on a hot day. A lovely welcoming environment with good food. Plenty of choice . Excellent staff . A lovely well run country pub with a roomy car park set in the Worcestershire countryside away from the bustle of every day life but not far from Clent Church so easy to find . Well worth a visit . We will return .
Vine Inn – StourbridgeThe afternoon tea was unique and a nice change from the usual type. However, the portions were small and the houmous could have been served with flat bread. Otherwise it was a nice experience.
