Loved pub in lovely location let down by extremely slow service and failure to follow cooking instructions for venison steak. A rare steak was requested but a medium/well done was delivered. It was tasty but dry. Member of staff was patronising when paying the bill. August 2026

Malai – Sutton ColdfieldOften dine here when visiting family in the area. Excellent food in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere.
Vine Inn – StourbridgeVery disappointed with the food yesterday. The party consisted of three adults and two children. One child's meal was a plain burger which looked like a flatten cow pat and tasted the same. The adult's meal was Tennesse chicken, it was dry as the drought we are in. Tasteless. Will be giving the pub a swerve for some time to come.
