As always our meal at the Traders was lovely. The pub was vibrant and very welcoming. The girl who took our order was training so had the manager shadowing her, what a lovely polite girl she was.

Loved this place, we received a very warm welcome, seated with a beautiful view and served delicious food by very friendly attentive staff. Great everything!

Another excellent meal at The Traders Arms. Brilliant friendly service from the waitress - I hope she enjoys her holiday in Malta! Food was excellent as always, very tasty ribs, no fat or gristle, chicken souvlaki was gorgeous, chicken crispy on the outside and moist inside, mother in-laws fish n chips were lovely too she said. Chocolate mousse and the ice cream sundae were great. As always, lovely food, lovely staff and empty plates afterwards!

We had 3 different main meals all excellent. Service was quick even though it was busy. Both our waitresses were very attentive, polite and knew the menu. Definitely becoming one of our favourites.

Excellent meal on 28th June. Roast ham was delicious and everyone else enjoyed their Traders stack. Great service from the friendly staff. Thank you.

Absolutely delicious Sunday roast on 28th June 2026 for my birthday. I really could not fault it so it’s a defo 5 stars all round from me!

Delicious. 3 of us had the specials. The Sticky Beef. Brilliant. One had the large Fish and Chips which was lovely and he’s fussy! Service was perfect as usual. So friendly.

Really lovely food and staff very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Would definitely go again and recommend to others. My son went night before me for a steak and said it was one of the best he'd had!

We had a table booked for 16.15 on Sunday afternoon, but were advised when seated that there was no roast beef and no pizza available. This left us slightly disappointed considering it was the height of the diner time period! Furthermore, and after the server had served us with our first drinks we attempted to place our orders but at this stage we were then notified of further foods (sticky Korean ribs) no longer being vailable either. Although the server was full of apology we just found it unacceptable to run-out of foods or not have the full selection of the menu readily available, especially given it was prime time on a Sunday afternoon. Due to our experience we decided to move on elsewhere, but were left very disappointed as we were looking forwards to dining at the traders again after our recent previous experience had been a good one.

Food was delicious, friendly hosts and service, very welcoming and accommodating our requests. Dogs were made welcome too, we left happy, well fed and will return.

Went for Sunday lunch and only word for it is amazing from the warm friendly greeting by the super staff to the excellent food, couple of special mentioned the Butternut and coconut soup my partner had was out of this world she said, and the roast beef a generous portion cooked to perfection highly recommend

One of the best pub meals we have ever had....Great service, amazing food, delicious gluten free fish and wonderful location. Great Friday fish/chips deal...go check it out!
