We had been longing to get a table at Into the Blue. We had heard such great things about this place. It did not disappoint. The service was professional but friendly. The food was delicious. A taste sensation. The mussels, which are not my favourite were tender the sauce was divine! Definitely booking again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent service by very attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant is situated in a nice quiet street at the rear of the Grand Hotel. We will be back each time we are in town - a great asset to Eastbourne.

The food (Sunday roast) was amazing, very tasty and a very generous portion, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lovely. It's great to have an all vegan restaurant nearby who know that vegan's do like a decent sized meal, and don't like being the ones at the table with the smallest portions! Will definitely be going back there!
