An excellent meal as usual at Into the Blue on Friday. We chose a delicious selection of starters to share between 3 of us, and the dover sole and hake we chose for the main course was perfectly cooked as always. Lovely evening, highly recommend a stroll over the footbridge to this little gem of a restaurant.

The Carriage – CrawleyVisited for the first time on Saturday and had a very enjoyable experience. Friendly and attentive staff greeted us and took us through the menu and we chose the sharing platter. All dishes were delivered promptly and piping hot. We could not find fault and savoured every mouthful. Would highly recommend and we will be back!!

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaOver the last few years we have eaten here quite a few times. Every time the food and service excels. The menu is varied enough that I don't have to eat the sole everytime, but I tend to find myself doing just that. But not this time. The fish cakes from the special menu were to die for and who can say no to a treacle tart for pud. This restaurant is our go to place when we want a lovely fish dinner.

The haddock soufflé was fabulous as was the hake in a broth which I would like to bottle and take home. It’s our go to restaurant.

There were 3 of us and we found we could easily share the different plates that came out. Really tasty food. Thank you so much. There was some background music, which although quiet, didn't really add to the ambience as far as we were concerned. We will be back very soon.

The choice of 7 tapas dishes were a mix of Mediterranean and Asian flavours, very cleverly put together which complimented each other. Each dish was generous for two. Highly recommend this.

The food in this family-run eaterie is made with love and passion and is reflected in the imaginative dishes on offer which are exquisitely tasty, fulfilling, and great value. I have been a regular visitor since they opened and can vouch for the consistency of quality, the freshness of ingredients, and the satisfaction at the end of a meal. The service and attention to detail, the friendliness of the staff, the excellent atmosphere, the elegant choice of discrete music, and the warm welcome are all deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Green Bro's to you. It is special.
