The Pheasant is a simly a wonderful place to have Sunday lunch. I have had lunch there twice recently, both times the staff have been extremely polite.The food is top class and reasonably priced . The place has had a lovely quality makeover, I take my hat off to the owners for doing a such good job. I can't wait to take more friends there.

The waiting staff, although young, were also very attentive and polite. They smiled and made eye contact! The meal and drinks are not inexpensive but the Pheasant has always been a premium location.

Food cooked to absolute perfection and very good value for money. Excellent range of wines and ales as well. The only slight negative I would give is to do with the fact that there is no illumination along the footpath to the car park which is a bit of a problem in the dark. Make sure you've got a torch of some kind!

The ambience is fantastic. The food is super fantastic. The service is super super fantastic. Yes, you'll pay a bit more here than elsewhere, but worth it. Zoe and Martin, you should be extremely pleased and proud of what you have achieved at The Pheasant. For sure, we will be back.
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonWe have been visiting The Pheasant over the last 11 years in its various iterations, but the new owners seem to have settled on a winning formula. After the recent refurb the spaces are light and bright, with a lovely refreshed feeling. There is lots of choice on the menu, although a lot of the dishes incorporated or were garnished with tarragon which is my least favourite herb so it was difficult to select something suitable. Despite going on a Wednesday lunchtime, we were not offered the bar menu, if such a thing still exists. Both meals selected were enjoyed however. We will be back as we're local and the The Pheasant is our special place, although it has always ended up being an expensive meal when you add in a couple of glasses of wine each.
