Once again we had a lovely meal with friends, no empty plates

Fantastic quick service and amazing food. Lots of choice, for vegetarians too! Friendly and attentive staff :)

Our first visit (apart from takeaway used) since pre March 2020 lockdown. The food, service and ambience is just as good as ever. Food quality and presentation is as good if not better than top Italians we have used in Manchester like San Marco. Prices, however, are much lower. Many restaurants since opening up in July 2021 have increased prices often by as much as £10 a couple for starter and main combined. La Mezzaluna, we did not notice such a significant increase. Drink prices were also very competitive. Another very good experience.

Had a lovely work meal there lastnight. Food was beautiful. Everyone had empty plates. Recommend the pizza. Nice atmosphere and staff.

We have loved the food and atmosphere here for years before lockdown and have never been disappointed. Absolutely delicious food and service is second to none. We have lived on take outs throughoot lockdown and they always arrived on the dot and piping hot. Returned to the restaurant on Saturday for first sit down meal in 18 months. Absolutely gorgeous both food,staff and service Well Worth a visit.cannot recommend enough

Pop in after taking a trip up on the Tornado,which was great in itself. The restaurant just added to the experience of the day. Great food great service and very good value for money.

Went first night in our stay in Carlisle, first time coming to La Mezzaluna really enjoyed it and came back on our second night as well, food was perfect and staff were friendly. Will definitely be back.

Visited Mezzaluna Saturday 16th, Service was amazing, we didn't have to wait . Our table was ready, the staff were lovely, chatty, & made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious, puddings were even better, would highly recommend this restaurant & will be definitely going back. Thank you all so much.

We had a lovely evening here at La Mezzaluna, the food was excellent with a wide selection of gluten free meals, the service was second to none. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous meal! Staff were brilliant throughout the night. Our third visit there, we come from Penrith and are always happy to travel to come here again.

Really enjoyed our lunch visit to La Mezzaluna. Four of us chose different meals and all were exceptional. Everyone really enjoyed the food. We went for a dessert too (it would have been rude not to!) and again all fantastic. Panne Cotta Caramello is my new favourite thing! Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
