Good food and good value. The only issue on the day was when we asked to be moved to another table due to the air-conditioning blowing directly at us. We were told it couldn't be done, even though there was a table right beside us that was free. Other than that, great service.

The food still amazing. The man who cooks the steak is lovely had a chat as remember him from when we use to visit. We visited for my son 18th and couldn’t fault the team or the food. Only thing that let it down was a group of kids barging and running around the establishment

Very disappointed after this visit and I wouldn’t recommend. Member of staff taking the payment refused blue light discount, despite it being advertised and 3 members of the group showing their blue light card. She was rather rude and not accommodating. We then were left for some time before being shown to our table. We were seated next to a couple of large rowdy parties which made it difficult to have a conversation and our chairs kept being barged, despite there being plenty of empty tables around the room. Some food was quite chewy and one member of the group had several hairs in their dinner. This was not the birthday experience we hoped for for my sons birthday meal.

Had a really lovely evening and soon as my time was up I had a a member of staff tell me and my family to leave straight away I understand you only get 90 minutes but I feel the way we was asked was embarrassing

One of the staff members had a bit of a rude attitude when my partner asked for our party of 6 to be moved to a different table because the other families surrounding us had their chairs about half a mile from the table and getting in and out was impossible. Otherwise, good.

Food was nice, Dessert options a little hit and miss as thing were not replenished towards the end of the evening Really need to work on getting non alcoholic lagers as that was a downfall

I took my grandchildren for dinner at spoons Chatham, the staff were friendly and polite, the food was very nice with a large selection to suit all tastes, even my very fussy grandchildren found plenty to eat, there is also a large seafood selection and the sushi is very nice, I would like to say that after filling up on the many different dishes the kids went on to have dessert, this restaurant was clean and well managed and is reasonably priced, I will definitely be back

Visited spoon in Chatham again and didn’t disappoint. Definitely recommend to anyone interested. Linked up with some friends I haven’t seen for a while and had a great afternoon eating good food. My appetite isn’t what it once was so didn’t eat like I used too, but still a great day and to be honest it was more the catching up with faces and enjoying their company. Food is good and atmosphere to match. The only criticism I would make is that the drinks selection could be revised and revamped, otherwise great all round.

Food was ok, lots of choices. The older man who cooks all the steak prawns scallops ect is honestly the most rudest man I have ever met in my life. Asked for steak and prawns (2nd time) he only puts prawns on I ask him for steak aswell he then is so rude telling me I didn’t ask for steak and telling me I can’t have and kinda arguing with me and refusing to do it it till another man comes over and just does it for me. Two people I the Que then tell him I did hear her ask for steak he then continues to say I didn’t. Get the man a hearing aid or get rid of him! 2nd time I have been and he has ruined my experience! Won’t go back again

Quality of food is not where it should be. Some dishes are tasteless and not very nice to eat. It’s expensive for the quality you get. Staff were friendly and quick to pick up plates or replenish dishes.
