Always good for family celebrations

Would not recommend chicken was raw unfortunately and told a member of staff and not bothered

Arrived half hour early of booking , parking ok £3 for 3 hrs great price . Que of 30 , seated in 15 min, easy to get drinks , plenty of choice of food and replenished quickly, tasty, fresh, clean, this was our first time and will return .

I don't often visit this restaurant and the variety and choices of food has always been great. However on this occasion I found the experience very unpleasant. If you are going to enforce the 90 minute rule then please state this at the point of payment. A member of staff came over to our table shouting stating its over 90 minutes and you are just sitting there !!! Yes I was sitting chatting with my kids ,did not have a mountain of food on my plate!! Her approach was so rude, it was just gone 8pm , empty tables, no ques but I felt bullied out of the restaurant. No thanks I don't need to be hurried off because I was not aware it MUST be 90 minutes !! I will go elsewhere and have a relaxing evening !!

A wonderful place I love going there we go at once every 3 months to meet up with family but the only thing is the time constraint has my father has Parkinson's and takes a long time to get through his dinner which 90 minutes is not really long enough but I suppose that can't be helped

We went for celebrate our wedding anniversary with our daughter at 6.30p.m. It was difficult to find parking and then I google and found pay and display parking withing 2 minites walk. The receptionist/cashier lady was really irritable and very unpleasant to the guests. The seating are very packed. This was the first impression in the resturant. But food are really good and different varieties of dshes. We really enjoyed and worth for money.

We’ve been here few times as the foods are always delicious and of high standards. Staffs are friendly and good atmosphere. Always a pleasure eating here.

Had a lovely meal with family so much to choose from food was fresh and lovely and hot will be returning soon

7 of us went for our sons 11th birthday. Plenty of variety, and was fresh and tasty. Great customer service. Will be going again

We came 28/4/25 my husband is such a fussy eater never dines out I brought him for his first buffet here at Chatham and he enjoyed it so much definitely coming back he said

Lots of choices of food. Some of it isn't that nice/same flavour as a normal Chinese etc. But for the price it's well worth it.

Booked to take my children here Saturday, I couldn’t believe they charged me full price for my 11 children to eat as their over 1.5m. This is an absolute joke to be honest. Children don’t eat nearly half as much as adults but because they’re tall they get charged as one. Be careful when booking check height of your children or you could be in for a shock like I was. Food was alright not great,

Disappointed booked a table and left outside in a que that went on for ages so had to take the kids somewhere else Maybe limit the bookings and give people a slot instead of letting anyone turn up

We booked our table but when we got there we were told it was closing early with no reason why, we had an hour with no reduction in price. If we haven't travelled an hour to get there we wouldn't of stayed. Food was good, but they started clearing up the pudding before everyone had a chance to have some, despite it only being 8.30.

Enjoyed my meal Lovely food but felt rushed when eating pudding, wasn’t full up and we were obviously eating pudding and told our time was up, I would understand if they needed the room
