Lovely meal for seven of us. Nice and tasty, but a bit cold unfortunately. Still enjoyed it tho.

Great atmosphere. Great service from the front of house. However, the chefs behind the steak counter let it down MASSIVELY! They do not acknowledge you and they do not have facial expressions. You ask then nicely for a steak and they will simply stair at you in an uncomfortable way. Then they will ignore you. I had to ask this tall man 5 times if I can have a steak. As I went to walk off he then opened an old ice cream tub and picked out a thin steak. They are seriously odd! Our table watched this happen a lot! Especially to women! The food was nice but most of the chicken was rubbery, either frozen or it was not chicken. Out of 5 stars we would give 2.

The food was below average, I had a little bit of a lot. The meat was especially poor. The rice, noodles etc had very little in it, ime special fried rice lacked anything other than rice and egg, it looked mostly the same as the egg fried rice. Deserts were a small selection including popcorn. The staff were okay, but I had to move out of their way on two occasions, they were polite when I did, but really should bethe other wayaround I'm a beer drinker, there were 2 beers, San Miguel and carlsberg. The San Miguel was so poor that I didn't even try a second so that was all I drank aside from water (which they tried to charge me for) The price was above average. As in I could have gone to one of ten other restaurants paid roughly the same amount and had good food. The food weather spoons serve in Rochester is much better in general, which says alot imo. Overall I would not go back here.

Took the kids to Spoons as we all love the place , and as always the service , staff and food was as fantastic as it always has been I cannot fault that. My only gripe however is the pricing , specifically charging according to height which meant my 3 children all ate at adult price despite being 9 10 and 12 , so after that plus myself and a teenager and then refillable drinks it came to £115.00 , a little steep to be making a return trip if I’m honest.

Went here family of 6 and unfortunately not for us we tryed it but wouldn’t go again We as a family prefer a good quality restaurant that is specialist in what you want to eat ie Indian Chinese Sea food Italian Etc Spoons had it all but none of it quality like you would get in a good restaurant It was just like being in an all inclusive buffet abroad but more packed

We went to spoons on Sunday 5th May, We booked for 5pm but was 20 minutes early. They sat us straight away. The staff were very polite and the lady behind the bar was very friendly. The food was very good and we had a really good time. We had 90 minutes and stayed slightly longer but it was very busy and nobody rushed us. It was a very good evening and enjoyed the food a great deal. Very busy place with lots of people moving around and the staff have a very hard job but they seem to do it with a smile. Well done.

Great choices of food! Specially love the duck, buns, curry, Naan bread, Teppanyaki. Not much choices of dessert. No service charge needed. If you want free flow of drink, additional £3/glass. Service is good. We have a great time here. 90 minutes is more than enough.

We booked Spoon World Buffet & Bar for my son birthday it was his first time visiting, as a family we all had a great evening . Would recommend it to family & friends.

Lovely restaurant. Our appointment was for 6pm. We got there at 5.55pm but there was a huge queue to get in. While on the queue, a staff came to us, looked through their records and found our names. Moved us from the back of the queue and we walked into the restaurant. We had a nice time. It was crowded inside but the food was worth it.

We've been using "Cosmo's" now, Spoons for over 20 years. it's our "go-to" family restaurant for all of our occasions. You help yourself, meaning you can try dishes that you may not have tried before. If you like the posh eat with table service, this is not for you, but this is your loss! The staff are very accommodating, and care and the food, the food!!! You have a 1.5 hour slot, which is more than enough time and plates area cleared from the table regularly. There is soooo much choice and the buffet is constantly re-filled. The choices are amazing and I've yet to use another buffet style restaurant quite like it. It gets busy so, recommend booking ahead. All in all, don't visit Rochester without a meal here. Downsides: Difficult to park close and prices have climbed a little. but that's it. We will continue to celebrate at Spoons for many years to come. I hope they offer , in the future, a take-away where you fill a tub. That would be good.

Receptionist is not approachable. It seems like she is in hurry. We didn’t receive warm welcome since it’s our first time. Surely will comeback but I hope that receptionist will attend customer service trainings.
