Excelent taste, plenty and various food good,calm vibe and pleaseant staff. I recommend this restaurant .

The place had wonderful and delicious foods and desserts with many to choose from. Each dish was hot and very delicious , some spicy and some mild. Although it was an amazing experience,I would suggest more varieties of sauces or dips . Otherwise,I would strongly recommend this food restaurant.

I booked for 17.30 we got in and was seated at 17.25 they told me we had 1 hour and 30 minutes we then got kicked off our table at 18.30 and was told we had over stayed one of the staff took food away from my kids while they was eating service was terrible the staff no nothing I asked multiple questions and they just waved it like they could not understand me to my understanding I still had 25 minutes but no we was not aloud to stay as they said we have stayed 20 minutes over our time after paying £142 this is disgusting

Food here is always amazing, loads to choose from . great atmosphere for the whole family, value for money could do, discounts on large group booking

My partner and I visited Spoons on Sunday. Having previously visited a considerable time ago, I can attest to the significant improvements. The extensive selection of food available is truly impressive. Despite the high volume of patrons, all items were replenished promptly. This establishment undeniably offers excellent value, and we would certainly consider a return visit. My only minor concern was the observation of children placing their fingers in the chocolate fountain, which was somewhat unappealing.

Booked a table for 3.30 for my birthday. Loads of tables I saw free waited 35 mins in reception to be seated while walk ins went through. Had a 2m old baby asked not to sit next to door. Still got placed near door or I could wait 30 mins more he said. No apology. Food was very bland this time and some meats very chewy ebded up eating rice and pizza. live station guy uses same cutlery for raw fish and meat dreadful. no still water available and £4 through a pint of apple juice. Used to be so good back in the day but doubt I'll be going again as not really cost effective if the food is not nice. There was a family who couldn't control there daughter who was screaming and swearing scared my daughter and son and then barged passed our 2m baby in pram as they tried to restrain her. No apology also from staff or manager. Worse birthday meal to date I think.

Very happy with the wide choice of beautifully cooked and prepared food, served piping hot. Also impressed with your staff who constantly checked to ensure containers were full. Also other staff who cleaned up constantly after messy eaters, especially around the ice cream and cakes area.

Visited Spoons on Sunday for a birthday treat for our niece. We have visited before and we're not let down this time. The extensive range of food available is astonishing. It was very busy but everything was filled up promptly. Definitely value for money.

Terrible experience, luke warm food. Horrendous big loud groups, food on the floor staff stacking dirty plates on your table from other tables when you are still eating. Literally would never go back!

Once again the whole family loved it

Variety of food was good but it was very cheaply made, like a really bad all inclusive. All food was tasteless and sauces watered down. A not very pleasant family arrived and the child was sick right by our table which made us finish up early and leave. It took a while for them to clean it up. It wasn’t cheap and the food doesn’t warrant the price. Staff were not friendly and welcoming they were rude and abrupt.

We all enjoyed our time there pleasant staff our grandkids loved all the different choices will come again maybe you could change the height line for kids as we are all different some kids don’t eat much

Lovely food. Really disappointed that it goes by height never heard of it before. Paying full price for my 10 year old to not eat loads of food I was not happy with. Surely it should be by age like other places.

I visited Spoon World Buffet for the first time with my family, and it was an amazing experience. Despite the long drive to Chatham, it was well worth the trip. From the warm welcome by the receptionist to the friendly service of the staff, we felt truly valued. The variety of meal options was impressive, and we were overwhelmed by the choices. The toilet was clean .I must say, money well spent – we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back for another visit soon. THANK YOU, SPOON WORLD BUFFET

Very tasty food. It was constantly freshly refilled. I was very pleasantly surprised! 100% recommended.

Went to spoons Saturday . Was lovely all food hot .lots of variety .scallops lamb chops a steak all cooked seperatly fresh when we waned them .

Arrived for our booking for 7 o’clock few mins to spare Waited outside in Que to find the 20 in front had to pay individually Making us 10 min late. Shame there was not another till for booked tables. Well as for the food, absolutely amazing, considering the amount of people 2 /3rds full , probably the best this time 3rd visit . One or two dishes low food found to be dry, so moved on to another dish of plenty, did cool quickly but food tasted good. The duck was delicious!

Had a Sunday lunch 13:00hr booking for 4 people, the staff were very friendly and courteous, the cleanliness of the restaurant was faultless, the food was hot and the selection was good, personally I went for Chinese section but others in my group went more adventurous and had no complaints whatsoever. As a wheelchair user was pleaded to see a place to store my wheelchair safely and also had need to use the toilet facilities that were extremely clean, so overall would I recommend Spoons it is resounding YES from me.
