Try the set menu for £10. It is excellent value for 2 courses and coffee. It was nice to be able to take coffee in the lounge by the fire on cold dismal afternoon. Great service and attention to detail.

Excellent, we dine at the Cottage infrequently but often enough to now we will be well served with a very good meal and a quality wine. No need to rush, just sit back and enjoy the evening with your guests with confidence the service will match.

I recently visited the Duke of Portland for the first time and i would recommend it to anyone looking for decent food in an informal setting. The atmosphere was great with friendly efficient service in spite of being busy. I loved the black pudding, and my wife adored her chicken breast stuffed with cheese and pancetta. Their dessert menu also offers a lot more than most pubs. I didn? mind spending a bit extra than i would've for a lot less quality.

Small portions at this one, my mates agree with me on that too. My best Chinese around WIlmslow/Handforth is LEES in Wilmslow, chapel lane. Huge portions, excellent taste!

Go and see for yourself it is recommended and one of the best places for any occasion.

if there? anywhere to go in Warrington then this is the place. Without doubt the most value for money place not only in Warrington but Cheshire / complements to the chef and the manager thank you for a lovely evening.

Very attentive service, easy parking, pleasant surroundings, this restaurant was recommended by some friends as we come from Leeds West Yorks. I would definitely dine there again when we are next in the area and would tell anyone else to try it too! Excellent food! A must for Indian food lovers!

Super pub, who's reputation is getting out, considering how busy its getting. Wonderful welcomed from Lorraine, Alan and Paul. Food has always been great, but getting better and better. Nice choice, nice prices, and if there is one complaint - the size of the portions - huge!! Try the homemade burger, or ribeye with stilton and black pudding

This Runcorn restaurant is an excellent find. Mr Ahmed Miah and his well trained staff go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your meal. That the restaurant has been established over 25 years shows how well appreciated it is by local clients. It is next to the Brindley Arts Centre and has ample parking. I love the vegetable curry and freshly made naan bread. Try this restaurant or order a takeaway, you won't be disappointed.

I love this restaurant, eating here is more of an experience rather than just eating out. Proper old school service with waiters just joining you at a table for a chat and always prepared to cook something not on the menu if there's nothing you really fancy.

Wonderful choice of oriental cuisine. soups, prawn toast and various starter; chips, rice noodles, vast selection of main dishes; followed by fresh fruit, gataux or ice cream!! and this was just a lunch option at £6.80!! Very friendly helpful service. Only need clearing plates between servings and taking drinks orders, but done with a friendly approach and a smile! Lovely. Best hoi sin sauce i've ever tasted!!
