I eat here fairly regularly, and highly recommend the Sunday buffet. The dishes are interesting and very tasty. Small dishes? Maybe, but I've never come away feeling hungry! It definitely isn't McDonald's!

Chilli Banana – WilmslowA fantastic place, small and cosy, great ambience, excellent services from the owner who makes sure everyone is well cared for, a wonderful menu and varied specials, food excellent and plenty of it! Well worth a visit.
Chesters – MacclesfieldGreat, Great, Great !!
Tom At 101 Bar, Grill and Late Lounge – WarringtonJust a pity there isn't one of these in Liverpool as it is by far my favourite place to eat.
TGI Fridays – Ellesmere PortHas been established for years. Excellent reputation in the Heaton?, need to book at weekends. Best garlic bread ever!
Valentinos Ristorante Pizzeria – Heaton MoorIt's a quite big place - 13 or 14 tables and recently refurbished. A large off-road parking area. Pleasant people.
Parks Cantonese – NorthwichWe've always had good food in this restaurant. The menu is wide and covers all tastes and pockets. The staff are always attentive and obliging. It can get seriously popular during Friday and Saturday evenings, so sometimes you have to wait 20 or so minutes for a table - but this just proves what a good deal it is and what a great place it is!
Midland Hotel – MarpleMike Bradley one of the duty managers is an asset to that pub, don't know how they would cope without him. Great food and friendly service every time.
Lodge The – NorthwichThis place is well good lol the service was really good very friendly waitresses and a lovely atmosphere in this place I would recommend it to everyone as there is something for everyone here
Chip-O-Dee The – Chestertop banana, top naan
Passage To India – CreweReally top quality food. Also does take out which too is fab if not a bit on the expensive side!!! But then it is Stockton heath.
Kelly’s Chinese Restaurant – WarringtonVery friendly staff in a relaxing atmosphere.
Alam Balti House – BebingtonThe food and staff are magic. The decor is quirky (the green vertical stripy wallpaper is very dated), but the place was full and the atmosphere was truly pleasant and humming with everyone in a happy mood. The standard of service and food cannot be faulted as the staff work to the pace of each client. When we were in, Sat 8 Jan '05, there were covers that wanted a quick meal to hurry onto their next venue and they were served ultra quickly. Others, in family groups, who wanted to relax and take things at a steadier pace, were left to order and progress with their meals at their own pace. We'll definitely be back with more of our friends to share the great food and atmosphere!
Maliwan – MacclesfieldThis must be the best kept secret. This is a garden centre of sorts. There is everything here. Old victorian "Prams" to new "Antiques" A lake with ducks. Its brilliant. After walking round dine "Alfresco" in one of the old showmans stalls, double glazed and heated by a patio heater, or in one of the " niches" for 4 also heated. The starters range from £4.35 to £4.95 smoked salmon cornucopie or black pudding "Tian" Try the "Barni" a Dutch/indonesian dish with noodles "Barni" or " Nasi" rice. its absolutely great. The servings are Ginormous the dutch sausage (3) was a great plateful. Unfortunatley only wine is served no beer. Sunday lunch available on Sundays only. Puddings are a bit expensive. I would imagine you have to get in here early & even earlier in summer. Its "Brilliant"
Willow Pool – LymmReal food, cooked & served by warm welcoming people, cheap for the standard
Belle Epoque – KnutsfordMixed bag here for me. The place has a great formal (make sure you dress up) atmosphere, the decor is a real wow-factor. The food varied from good (starters and main) to amazing (desert) - but when you consider the prices, it ought to be. Service was OK, a little in-experienced in some places (wine was delicately banged into place on the table with a cheerful 'here you go' - which seemed out of place) and one waiter announced the Fois Gras as chicken liver pate - which confused most people... however i think we were treated a little differently as a large group. I'd recommend you go an try it yourself, good for couples.
Belle Epoque – KnutsfordI have lived in Lymm since 1991 & Baci is the best restaurant in the village. It has a great atmosphere, the staff are very attentive & they all have a sense of humour. Get there early if you have children - the kids love the balloons & crayons but come about 8pm the clientele changes from families with children to an older more sophisticated group. The place is always busy & I'd thoroughly recommend the food & the restaurant.
Trattoria Baci – LymmEquals the best restaurant we have ever eaten in. And we travel and eat Britain weekly
