Our favourite restaurant. We visit every Sunday and are never disappointed. Great food and friendly approachable staff.

Great to see a family run business with all the family involved including front of house. The owner and the family really make you feel welcomed and stepping inside a little piece of Italy. We prefer the independent restaurants who give you that extra. We’ll be back for more.

This was our first visit to Carbonara at no 49 and it definately wont be the last .We were greeted by very friendly staff and the owner made a point of coming to speak to us A very relaxed atmosphere and the food was great ,the carbobnara was amazing and everything was freshly served .The waiter who we learned was the owners son was very friendly and made sure everything was ok with our meal A lovely way to spend a couple of hours .Will definately go back

Lovely atmosphere and staff super helpful. I had the pea, asparagus and mint risotto which was delicious. Totally recommend.

The whole restaurant is simply fantastic. The food is out of this whole and truly authentic. This is a repeat visit and we will come back time and time again and this is perfect. As another bonus the staff go above and beyond and are so welcoming and friendly. Thank you.

Brilliant food, excellent service

Everything is perfect at this restaurant. From the staff, the atmosphere and the food. We can’t fault it any way. It’s a beautiful family run Italian. The carbonara is incredible and fresh and the service is 5 stars. We will be back for our yearly visit. Thank you again.

Enjoyed a night at Carbonara. The food was amazing and fresh full of flavour. The service was impeccable with happy highly skilled waiters. Definitely will be returning for the 4th time!!

Really lovely meal with excellent service at this little Italian restaurant. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend the fish dishes, all very tasty and fresh.

We ate in the restaurant four times once for lunch and 3 consecutive nights for dinner. The food was excellent and the service was 1st class. The next time we are down staying at Carden Park the Egerton Arms will be our 1st port of call.
