Most authentic Italian meal I have had in Chester, my family were very impressed. Fantastic, friendly staff and new experiences in flavour! Definitely recommend the carbonara.

My wife and I called into Carbonara last Saturday having been recommended by a friend, we were not disappointed. Fabulous staff, even better food and a great atmosphere . The owner and his team have cooked up a real great place to enjoy authentic and gorgeous Italian food. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

We dined here last night (13/01/2022) and we had the most amazing meal! The arrabbiata starter was impeccable, and the carbonara main was one of the best ones we’d had! Probably the best authentic Italian restaurant in Chester. The owner is always very warm and welcoming and the food never fails to impress. Overall a great place for any sort of occasion, especially if you are looking for some great Italian cuisine.

Delicious food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere, perfect! We did linger a little and were last out, but never felt pressured to move on. Will definitely return when next in Chester for an evening. thanks to all concerned.

Have you ever wanted to go to an Italian restaurant and have a real carbonara? And I'm not talking about cream and undercooked bacon. This restaurant takes pride in its classic and authentic Italian cuisine and deliver without fault. The service is perfect, staff are friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Such a warm welcome, fantastic service and amazing food. We had lunch to celebrate a special occasion and we couldn’t have been happier that we chose to eat here. This was our second time at Carbonara, it was as wonderful as the first time, fantastic service, great wine recommendation, very simple menu but executed to perfection. We also had the Torta Nonna and it was absolutely amazing.
