We booked in for bottomless Prosecco afternoon tea. It was faultless from the booking process to leaving.. Our waiter Andrew was excellent.. The food was absolutely gorgeous & so fresh.. The Prosecco was kept flowing. Definitely value for money & would highly recommend. Also if you park in NCP Pepper Street you get a voucher for 30% off.

We had a beautiful afternoon tea here this week, one of the best I've ever had! Also great location and outside seating area, perfect for a sunny day. Will definitely be returning.

Our wedding anniversary was made extra special when we walked in to a beautiful afternoon tea with beautiful decorations. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Establishmemt was immaculately clean and I cannot wait to book to stay and take friends. Cannot recommend enough x

We visited the Town House last Friday. We were a booking of 4. We all had the Afternoon Tea and I must say it was excellent!!!! The best Afternoon Tea i have ever had!!! All of the sandwiches and cakes were beautifully presented and fresh. The service was second none!! Our server was Andrew. We all said that we would definitely be returning! This was literally amazing value..the staff were all very attentive! We all highly recommend visiting the Town House! Well done :)

Took my mum for an early Mother’s Day treat for afternoon tea and it absolutely was a treat! Good value for money, generous helping and scrumptious! The staff were attentive and friendly and it had a lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend...we had a lovely afternoon tea experience. Both the food and service was fantastic. I had the vegan option and my daughter had the standard option, both excellent. Will return.

Cannot comment on the food as I was told on arrival the restaurant was closed. Booked 2 weeks In advance as it was my partners bday. Received a reminder email on the day. Then told at 4pm it was closed. Nightmare trying to get a reservation else where at short notice.

Lovely afternoon tea on Saturday 29th February 2020. Sandwiches, scones and cakes do fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, will be back soon.

We had afternoon tea for 8 of us. There was plenty of food and it was really lovely. Good finger sandwiches and beautiful cakes. I truly wonderful afternoon.

Limited but excellent choice and beautifully cooked. Reasonably priced. Very attentive waitress. Would recommend and definitely stay and eat here again when next in Chester

Our party of 24 enjoyed the Afternoon Tea, many of us having the the bottomless Prosecco Option. Excellent service - Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and the food was great. Highly recommend!!!

My favourite restaurant in Chester - great service & food all the time.

Really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was beautifully coordinated decor wise and food was superb. Ability to use Meercat BOGOF as an added bonus the week before Christmas was great

Another fabulous experience at The Townhouse in Chester. Our afternoon tea was excellent , great choice of food , attentive staff and all within a beautifully festive atmosphere. So lovely to be welcomed by the open fire and a glass of fizz , the perfect way to start off the Christmas celebrations. Well done Townhouse we shall certainly all back !
