Great food as always and a professional manner with regards the whole covid thing. Was such a pleasure to be back eating at Papa Luigi!

It was our first visit to Whins Green Kitchen &I have to say it Won’t be our last. Delightful place, excellent food & service. Highly recommend.

Not been for ten years and was breasted with a big smile of the same gentleman from way back. All the staff very friendly and efficient. I tried the reviled swordfish which was fantastic. The garlic bread with cheese was how I remembered it ( excellent). My son had pasta meal which he fully enjoyed. We decided to come regular as we did years back. Than you all once again it brought back some good memories.

Reservation made online which was both quick and easy. Felt totally safe as the restaurant are clearly doing all they can to ensure this. The food arrived quickly and as always, was amazing. All the staff were attentive and friendly making for a lovely evening out.

I have been going to papa's since I was a little girl. Over the last 20 years, the food has remained a consistent high standard. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere. I really like how they have partitioned the tables, but kept it feeling cosy. I like that they take your order before you are seated, as you do usually get your food pretty quickly! The only downside was, on our most recent visit, we had a table booked at 7.30 but we weren't seated until 8.00 and didn't receive our starters until 8.40. Worth the wait though!

We have visited verdes twice now once in February and once in September, Food, Service and atmosphere has been amazing both times! Staff are so friendly and welcoming and are always attentive , Food is always amazing and isn’t overly priced either . Would definitely return again .

We booked on line and on arrival we were greeted, seated and given menus straight away. Staff were very polite and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the Chicken Livers and we haven't found anywhere that does Garlic Bread like Verdes. We did have an issue with our steaks which was resolved to our satisfaction and would certainly recommend Verdes.

Really want to like Whins Green Kitchen but the customer service really needs sorting out. Food was great and obviously lots of choice for vegis & vegans. Setting is lovely especially on a sunny day. This is unfortunately spoilt by poor customer service. If they could just sort this out it would be a great review. So to be constructive: - We ordered food & drinks but the drinks never arrived, not even with the food. - After asking 2 of the 3 drinks came and after asking again the third drink came, The tea we ordered came with an empty milk jug. - Food took a while which is fair enough as they were busy but no cutlery came with it until we asked. - We ordered 2 deserts and after 20 minutes of waiting asked again as they’d forgotten. - With some organisation and training hopefully these basic things can be sorted out. Don’t like writing negative reviews but hopefully it will help ensure the future service improves.

A wedding anniversary meal. Strange circumstances but well dealt with. Excellent service and lots of choice on menu. Thoroughly recommend .

As long standing customers we were delighted to return to Verdes recently. We were warmly welcomed in a safe environment and had an excellent lunch. Here’s to many more future visits!

Delicious food! Great service! Made even more special for my daughter with the surprise birthday music and cake by the staff. Also great to be able to book online, which we will be doing again soon.

Been dining at Papas for 25 years. Never yet had a disappointing meal. Service excellent, Food fantastic. And run really well under new rules and restrictions. Couldn’t better it.

Excellent food, excellent venue, excellent service. We will return. PS we are not veggie or vegan but fully enjoyed the food.

I had a lovely birthday breakfast with my daughter. The food was delicious, the staff very attentive and the view and ambiance were delightful.

Can’t comment on the food as the service was so poor after half an hour of waiting no one came to take our order despite not being busy and lots of staff stood round the till and having took drink order, brought drinks out and we had finished them. I went and paid for drinks and young lad told me, why didn’t you just come and get someone. I told him I tried to get attention several times but they were too busy yapping. Shame as food looked nice but kids were hungry and wanted to leave.

Mum and myself have been to Whins Green several times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. Delicious and interesting veggie food in a relaxing setting, with a lovely view and friendly service. A real tonic for these strange times we are in.
