Excellent staff.

Never disappoints , always excellent service and good food, our happy place

We visited Verdes last night (Sat) to a bustling atmosphere, we were greeted immediately and sat at a lovely table. The food was superb but the service was impeccable, staff moved around the restaurant continuously to ensure every table was covered. Plates were cleared almost immediately and drinks, desserts, the bill etc were available as soon as we were ready for them. A fantastic visit, we will definitely be back!

Loved the stunning views out of the large panoramic windows, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were great! Took away a couple of cakes for later and they were to die for! Couldn’t fault a thing!

Our first time eating here. Really enjoyed our food. Did think it was a little overpriced, however the portions are more than ample and food is delicious and fresh. Obviously popular and advise to book: they need to expand as it is a bit cramped! Service was friendly. The only issue I had, which I pointed out to our waitress, was the fault on the menu both printed and written on blackboard. The leek and potato filo pie has cashew nuts in. Not mentioned anywhere. It was delicious, but could have been disastrous for anyone with an allergy. Hopefully this error has now been corrected. Will look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely delicious food. We had the Club Sandwich followed by ginger cake. Superb. Will be visiting again soon. Amazing view and great service. Thank you

We had lunch here last week. We had the Katsu Curry and soup. It was so fresh amd completely delicious. It is so refreshing to have a restaurant so close to home that serves amazing vegan and vegetarian food. We will be back again soon.

Fantastic meal, wonderful service and brilliant staff

Food was excellent, but service was poor. Waited to be greeted and taken to our booked table, but had to go over to the till to request our table. Asked what drinks we wanted, but there was no drinks menu. Ordered food which was excellent, no cutlery, so had to wait for it. Once finished, we were sat with our plates. We had to ask for them to be cleared. We had to ask to order coffee. We just ordered coffees as couldn’t be bothered having to wait for desserts, which we didn’t get asked if we wanted. The staff were pleasant, but just had no assertiveness, and mostly stood around not seeing if customers were ok, or needed anything. It’s not put me off visiting again as food was lovely, but I would go knowing that the service isn’t great.

Beautiful food, garlic bread to die for - excellent value for money (two courses for £12) fantastic service and a lovely atmosphere.

From start to finish we received excellent service. The staff were really attentive and efficient. The food was beautiful presented and very tasty. Would 100% recommend Verdes for any celebration or even just a treat. We will be back. Thank you.
