Lovely cafe (refurbished and extended since we last visited) and friendly service. £31 for two sandwiches and two lattes was pretty steep, though, despite the food being tasty.

Had a lovely meal with friends. Waitress was lovely and we had good banter. Food excellent and well presented. We weren’t rushed and were able to catch up with our friends. Would definitely go again.

We had a very nice meal here on Saturday night. No complaints on the food, all delicious & hot. Service was also very good although it got a little slow later on as the restaurant got busier.

Lovely lunch in a pleasant atmosphere.

Great place to meet friends. Terrific food with friendly in a lovely atmosphere. No rush to chuck us out when we had finished giving us time to relax. Had some banter with our servers who were great fun and made us very welcome. This was our second visit in two months because there are some great choices on the menu and will be back again soon.

We held a family gathering , 18 of us and it was fantastic. Communication with Cheryl was spot on from start to finish. Everything organised exactly as planned. Food was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back next month. Thank you Hare and Hound. !

Fab lunch really tasty haddock chowder and falafel dishes. Lovely staff and nice setting.

Excellent Sunday roast. Lamb was tender and roast pork plentiful. Usual trimmings with huge Yorkshire puddings. Staff personable and made us feel welcome. Quick service with food piping hot. Cauliflower cheese side dish best ever. Will revisit !

Sunday lunch at our favourite venue. Who knew a garden centre restaurant could be so good. Excellent service, great food and a lovely atmosphere.

Noisy atmosphere on a Saturday, but that would be expected due to being busy. Food came out quick but felt it had been in a hot plate before serving as not ‘hot’. Mushrooms were watery. Coffee was incredible and cakes looked amazing.
