I had the fish and chips which was lovely and my daughter had honey chicken which she loved, no room for pudding as meals filled us, waitress very friendly and helpful, atmosphere brilliant will definitely book again.

Friendly service and only tiny issue was it seemed to take quite a while from ordering until the meals arrived but it was quite busy. We'd certainly be happy to dine here again.

The chap in the shed did say did you enjoy your lunch ladies. We couldn’t say because he was such a kind gentleman. My friend had bruschetta which was very disappointing, tomatoes and parsley on one slice of thin very crusty bread. No oil/balsamic or onions, garlic etc! I then had the specialty salad which I was expecting all the trimmings, walnuts, pomegranate, apple and crab! Selected meats perhaps but no! None of these. For the amount we spent on each meal I was expecting a lot more. It was a huge shame. The gardens and house was beautiful and host were fabulous. Big shame.
