Four of us had lunch at the Ragley yesterday, and we were very happy with the meals. My spare ribs and corn on the cob in the Taste of the South meal were really tasty, and the gammon meals, and liver and mash all went down well too. Covid check in went smoothly, and the staff were all pleasant. Didn't find out about the Super Six saver meals until afterwards, but probably would have preferred what we had anyway. Reasonably priced.

Staff very friendly and very accommodating, especially as my friend was late meeting me there. Service very efficient. Food, as usual, was lovely.

Our first meal out after lockdown and it was fabulous! Great food, quick service and really well organised.

The Service was fantastic and the covid risk was carried out well the place and tables were very clean the food was excellent . The price of the food is what we expected as we checked the menu and price before we arrived at the ragley boat Stop we have Visited this place for over 20 years also other pubs king Henry Tavens Own we always come back to the Ragley boat Stop we travel from Leicester for the atmosphere Keep up the good work at these challenging times .

Food was good service was very slow and after waiting 30mins to order the food and no-one came to the table to take the order so went to ask at the bar, the lady was abrupt and said she would come to the table. Not overly busy so dont know why it took so long. Took 2hrs 45mins for a two course meal and folk on next table gave up waiting for them to take their dessert order and left complaining how rude the waitress had been, we almost did the same. One way system in place displaying no entry but no arrows to show alternative route so it was being ignored as folk didn't know where to go.

We had a party of 4 on the evening, on arrival the staff could not do enough for us. They sat us down to our allocated table well before our time to have a drink before our meal (Bonus).The food order was taken all meal arrived together and was perfectly cooked service brilliant I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Food came out cold chicken was raw and food was also missing coke was flat usually I rate it 5 star but my last visit was disappointed I did receive a refund for the food.

Could not wait to get back to our favourite pub. Delighted to eat inside, felt really safe and spacious, had our steak deal which was amazing. Staff great as always.

Just enjoyed an indoor meal at the Boat Stop, a meal for four. The service was safe and caring. The meals were very tasty and plenty of food on each plate. Thoroughly enjoyed being out dinner feeling clean and safe.

Food was delicious, service brilliant, it was all very well organised, felt very safe.

Food was excellent. Service was poor ask to move tables as was put on a small table with 4 people dinning and away from a drafty open door and got told no and that they was no spare tables when the place was moderately empty when we ask and still when we left. The person we asked wouldn’t even look if they was a spare table and didn’t even offer to shut the door then a two person party got seated on a 6 seater table spoiled the whole dinning experience food went cold quick and spent most the time shivering. I have dined there on multiple occasions and always been happy but this experience (luxury treat before lock down) has really put me off going back .

We are so pleased that we booked to come to the Ragley. We haven't been for a while, but our daughter had enjoyed her recent visit. We thought the food and service were excellent. It was very good value for money but it was surprisingly quiet. Perhaps a cold, wet and windy Sunday evening didn't entice people out? We will certainly come back once it re-opens.

Always love coming here for a meal and love the food but this time a couple of our steaks were overdone, had a nice meal overall though!

The best steak ive had! Was recommended by a collegue and was not at all disappointed. Excellent value for money and will be returning again as soon as!

Food and service were very good, although putting food onto a table with dirty plates on it let the establishment down, other than that I had an enjoyable birthday meal

Lovely lunch time meal, food cooked to perfection. Steak was one of the best ones I have had. The staff are very friendly and helpful and adhere to Covid restrictions. Used the app to order and this works excellently, orders came really quickly. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous food and very helpfully and polite staff .

After a minor problem with the app we ordered through the till and when the food arrived the steaks were cooked to perfection. The children both had lasagne which they enjoyed a great deal.
