We had Sunday lunch i had venison he had beef both delicious. Ample portions well cooked veg . Our only comment would be maybe serve gravy separate as he does not like soggy Yorkshire!!
The Thomas Tripp – Christchurch

The Thomas Tripp – ChristchurchAs usual an excellent Carvery on Sunday. However my friends and I do find the acoustics in the restaurant a bit daunting. Not sure you can do anything about that though but it is difficult to hold a conversation when the restaurant is full.
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthFantastic!!! Lovely food, every dish was great! Staff are friendly and helpful, they were rushed off their feet but still ensured great service and a laugh with us. I can’t wait to return! Portions are generous, we ordered 3 dishes each and had plenty left over. Great value
Bodega – BournemouthLovely evening at Bodega Southbourne on Saturday. Group of 6 of us. Very well looked after by Dawn and her team. Great food and wine. Nice to have a bar tender who knew his wine too.
Bodega – BournemouthEchoing other recent reviews - all very good ! Only disappointment was they’d run out of padron peppers when we went.
Bodega – BournemouthThe food itself from the carvery was amazing! Probably the best one for the way the meats were cooked and the selection of veg. The roast potatoes were fabulous! One of my sons had the chicken burger which wasn’t the best and he just ate the bun and with desserts they came out staggered and my sons ice cream melted buy the time his cutlery came for it which was a fork and not a spoon. Apart from that we would definitely return for a carvery
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthExcellent food and service thanks too all the staff friendly helpful and fullvof smile will visit again
The Thomas Tripp – ChristchurchArguably the best Sunday Roast around! As always, great service and a casual relaxed atmosphere… Sunday live music and a yummy roast, a perfect way to end the weekend.
The Thomas Tripp – ChristchurchGood atmosphere attentive waiting staff, but food now mediocre not as good as previous visits.
Bodega – ChristchurchGreat place to eat. The food is excellent, atmosphere is relaxed with good music (not so loud you can’t talk) and the staff were brilliant. We will be back.
Bodega – ChristchurchLovely food, atmosphere and company . Will defiantly visit again x
Bodega – ChristchurchFirst time at Southbourne Bodega. Really busy and great atmosphere but staff really on top of it. More of a vibrant local restaurant feel than Christchurch one (which we find more of a chilled bar atmosphere). Food amazing and good wine. Had run out of a few things but there were enough good replacements. Will book an earlier sitting next time as had run out of the pig cheeks!!! Really, really good evening. Will be back.
Bodega – BournemouthThe tapas was superb, tasty and fresh, beautiful to look at and to eat. With good wine and mocktails as well what is not to like?! We had a lovely evening in a lovely place and will definitely be back :-)
Bodega – BournemouthWent there for my wife’s birthday, spent all night there eating and drinking. Great food, great wine, great atmosphere. 100% will be going back
Bodega – BournemouthDelicious food from starter, main course and dessert. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The ambisnce is so beautiful, I feel like we are abroad.
Dolce Vita – PooleEXCEPTIONAL FOOD & GREAT SERVICE. A new addition to SoBo this restaurant just had to be tried. We went for a lunch and it exceeded all our expectations. Superb food and so many taste sensations. Even the vegetarian had to taste the meatballs -twice! Great food at a reasonable cost and generous sized portions. The hardest part was deciding which tapas plates to choose. The service was exactly as it should be. Attentive without hovering. Food came out as it was finished and this meant that we were able to start our meal quite soon. And then the food just kept coming. Perfect. It would have been even nicer if there were more busy tables. I am sure this will catch on quickly and become a regular place to visit. Highly recommended
Bodega – BournemouthThe team was very welcoming and friendly. The menu provided a couple of unusual and tasty tapas dishes. Looking forward to returning.
