Beautifully presented food,great service and a lovely vibe in the restaurant. The very first night , we were expecting a few mistakes but there were no flaws at all.

Thought the experience from start to finish was flawless and given it was the opening night you’d expect a few hiccups but the service was first class and the food and atmosphere too. Won’t be long before I’ll be back

Went for dinner on the opening night. The decor is beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. The menu has a great choice of steaks, and the staff were very knowledgeable, explaining each cut to us before we ordered. The food was absolutely delicious, best steaks we have had in years! We will definitely be returning regularly!

We had booked for opening night expecting a little inconvenience as first night. However the service was excellent and they were very busy. The food was delicious and we will certainly be back. Good choice of drinks too.

We visited the Ravelston yesterday for a family meal as it was my husband's birthday. The food and service was excellent. Couldn't fault a thing. Will certainly be back.

We booked for breakfast with friends- young girl with blonde hair who served us was very friendly and bubbly. Didn’t feel rushed and breakfast was lovely. Tasted fresh. We will definitely come again.

We had a fantastic meal at The Ravelston. Excellent value for money. The 2 courses for £17 was great. The fish was huge, fresh and well cooked. The duck was amazing. Great portions and excellent service. Would highly recommend

Lovely meal, fantastic staff

I took my friend for lunch for her 60th Birthday and we sat in the conservatory on a warm but very windy day and it was perfect and just what was needed. We had the Special menu but tbh it was too much... should have known to have smaller dishes lol! the starter was a bit overcooked but only just but still enjoyable. So a hugeThank you

I went to the Ravelston Hotel on Saturday 17th June for dinner with my partner for the first time. The meal was really excellent with large portions. We ordered the Chicken Kiev and the Fish and chips. Service was very professional and the staff are very polite and courteous. One thing that you do have to remember is that you have to sign in and enter your car registration number or you will probably get a parking ticket for using the Hotel car park.

So very happy we had an event dinner here. From the start, the Ravelston team were amazing - prompt, friendly, communicative and super attentive to detail. Was a huge help and helped us pull off a lovely evening! Silks dining room is great and has tv, Bluetooth speakers and dimmer lights we could control, food is great and generous portions, vegetarian and gluten friendly, impeccable service, friendly staff. Would not hesitate to come here again.

Booked lunch for my mum and her friends as a treat, they opted for the 3 course at £13.95, said the portion sizes were ample and lovely

Was there last night Music was bit too loud in restaurant Staff were congregating being loud Meal was nice , I had sweet and sour chicken only down fall is chicken was dry and chewy but everything else me and a friend had was good

Had our lunch here on 2nd May. The choice of meals was good. We all went with the steak pie. It was delicious. The meat was so tender and the pastry lid was good. First time eating here in a very long time and it was lovely. The lady who served us was very friendly and the restaurant was quite busy. Would reccomend Ravelston house for lunch or dinner we will be going back soon

Food and drinks were great :) lovely chilled atmosphere, staff very friendly and welcoming. Planning a few visits before our wedding next year :)
