Fantastic food as always, very friendly & helpful staff too. The food is always piping hot, very fresh and tasty. It was just a little cold in there, we all sat with out coats on our legs, no biggy though and it certainly would not put me off going back for the 100th time!!!

Would not go back again. Service extremely slow, starter took an hour to arrive at table, and wasn’t worth the wait. The anchor fish and chip shop across the road would have been more appeasing. Had to pour own drinks and self serve. Would definitely not go back.

Fabulous lunch yesterday at The Barn Garden Centre Café. I booked a table (a very wise move!!). The service was first class, very polite & friendly staff, everything was clean and the food was excellent. Also a good plate of food for extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend but book as it was super busy.

Food was excellent as was the service. We were not hurried in selecting from the extensive menu and when we did order the food came quickly. My friend had the Camembert and I had a sandwich both of which were very good indeed. I can really recommend The Barn but book as it’s unsurprisingly popular!

Always enjoy lunch at the Barn and visit often, food is good quality and staff are very nice. However, on this occasion I was very disappointed by lack of vegetarian choice - the tart of the day had bacon in it and there was not alternative so I ended up having to have a panini, when I wanted a proper meal.

We visit this establishment often as my elderly Mother in Law’s favourite. We visited yesterday as a party of seven and were sadly very disappointed. The waitress was not pleasant in her manner following her refusal to serve two smaller plates of fish and chips which was always acceptable until then. We wishes to pay our bill in three separate transactions which was rejected stating they were far too busy - this did not appear to be the case and had always been accepted previously. As you won’t accept cash this seems to be a step too far ! This did not lead to a pleasant lunch and we are having to consider going elsewhere in the future.

I only discovered this little gem 2 weeks ago and I've been twice already! It was so lovely, staff really helpful and accommodating and a really spacious, relaxed atmosphere. The food - well it was fantastic! Thank you so much, I will be back!
