I've been to Starz a few times now and each time i've come away totally satisfied with the experience having had a wicked time. The food is excellent, huge portions and well worth the money, and the cocktails were brilliant. The staff have alwyas been very friendly and helpful and I can't wait to go back!!

Starz Bar & Restaurant is a welcomed addition to Exeter. It offers the best of American cuisine: unapologetically large portions in a versatile menu reflecting the culinary melting pot of the USA. I started with the Buffalo wings and shortly wished I hadn't had a starter when greated with the American Style Baby Back Ribs which were the length of my hand and forearm (only £10.50!!!) accompanied with spirals and vegetables. Another positive feature is their long cocktail list where cocktails were freshly made by exceptionally friendly bar staff specialising in classic cocktails despite regional origin and their originals. Another feature is the cocktail staff have their own specialties. As a student, I was welcomed by their staff who do go out of their way to ensure I had a great evening. It is perfect for occasions such as birthdays, hen-parties etc. I would recommend it to anyone and as a new restaurant the future for Starz looks bright.

Great food!

Every meal had at Harry's has been an excellent time, food served in good sized portions. Menu is diverse offering pizza, steaks and burgers with a twist - ever tried an aligator burger? Nice young feel about the place! Booking is advised!

Best Indian restaurant in Exeter !

A bit pricey, but well worth the price. All food is made/produced in the Westcounty - Steak is one of the best I've ever tasted.

Good local pub under new management, and will be starting food in the very near future. Nice place to have a drink, not far from the quay and drink prices are very reasonable.

Gone down hill, was a nice place to eat when it first opened. Good place if you want a quick snack but not for a nice meal out

The best kept secret in East Devon. The outside looks like a country pub, the reception area looks like a high street takeaway, but out the back is a place where magic happens. The decor and service are spot on, the food is uniformly excellent, and the price is right. What are you waiting for?

Intriguing hotel restaurant in the heart of Exeter, its Mediterranean menu offers something different for a special occasion. Well worth a try.

Terribly Terribly good. I can only say that it is one of the finest fish restaurants in the country. Please dont go there as we'll never get a table.

the city gate is a enjoyable place to eat and drink the staff are friendly and the service is good. i would definatly reccomend for sunday roast!!!!

The food is so gorgeous at Ferns but will they please refurbish the place!The wash rooms facilities are stuck in the 1970s and are just nasty to look at!

The consistent quality of food in ASK restaurants makes them one of our favourite venues in any city. The sympathetic way in which this ancient building has been tastefully transformed into a restaurant with atmosphere is a real credit to the owners. The Custom House on the quay should take this as a fine example of how old and new can be integrated with integrety.
