Ate there on Valentine's Day. Great special menu, great service, really good value. This is a consistently good place to eat. We'll be back.

Lovely evening the meal was delicious - Goat's cheese starter, tuna and followed by a delightful apple, raisin and nut tart. My husband enjoyed a Moroccan mushroom starter, venison and a chocolate mousse in an a sphere which he thought was heaven. Staff are friendly and attentive. Thank you for a memorable evening. Excellent.

Our Women's Institute chose Pipers for this year's 'birthday' celebration. The menu was devised for us by Ian - 3 choices per course - and the food pre-ordered because of numbers. On the night, the food was delicious and the service excellent. All in all, a very convivial evening in a lovely setting. Thank you Team Piper.

Absolutely awful place. Went with a large party of 22 for a Xmas party night. Food was served luke warm and was very tepid. Service was very poor and slow. Drink orders taken at table, paid for upfront, and then had to wait minimum of 30 mins before they would turn up. Had to evacuate building just after show started due to a fire on stage (which appeared to be caused by a pyrotechnic prop being set off and setting alight a nearby artificial Xmas tree......negligent to say the least!). Show resumed about one hour later, but due to freezing cold temperatures outside and the trauma of the fire, 18 members of our party had already gone home. All attempts to claim a refund for our tickets and for paid for drinks that were untouched or unfinished have just fell on totally deaf ears. Several emails and phone calls have just been arrogantly ignored! If you are looking for a good night out then this is definitely not the place to go. Do not waste a single penny of your hard earned money and avoid it like the plague!

A family meal for 6 of us on Sunday for my birthday celebration! Food was great although we took a doggy bag home the meze filled us up. Staff considerate, clean and comfortable environment. It was quiet so more people should try this restaurant!

We had a fantastic evening on Saturday, our first visit to Mezem. Lovely restaurant, food and service were both outstanding. My family and I said we will definitely come back and I will recommend it to my friends

We always have good food at a reasonable price at the Station. The staff are friendly and efficient and it is a good atmosphere.

Fantastic atmosphere, small and friendly with old world charm. Staff were very attentive and offered advice on food and wine when asked and the food was amazing as always. We will definitely be back again and again!

Lovely food here on a Friday evening. Starter and mains were superb and value for money we thought. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff Will be heading back to try other options on the menu.

Excellent meal and atmosphere with fantastic service for our large family meal.

Had a table booked for 8pm on a Saturday night. Arrived just before 8 and was advised table would be ready shortly....seated at 8.45pm!!!!! During this time no one asked us if we were ok or gave update on how long table would be. Food amazing as always but evening ruined by such a long wait!

This restaurant never disappoints. Cosy atmosphere log fire and exceptional food.

Excellent food - good value and very attentive service from polite waiters.

Great night and food at the Legends Dinner on Saturday!

Another excellent meal. The service was efficient but friendly, can't fault anything. Our favourite restaurant.
