Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamHeld my 30th birthday here for a bottomless brunch. It was fantastic, the food was great and the staff was very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Thankyou! - Liam Power
Lupo x JB Social – FreckletonEverything is always spot on. From the egg and chips girls, to the burger boys, and all inbetween. It is our "go to" place to eat, we don't need an alternative. Lovely staff, lovely food and quiet enough to have a conversation.
Nineteen Kitchen and Bar – GarstangVisited on 14.01.26 ordered the sharing platter and was lovely the waitress couldn’t have been nicer. Was our second time visiting and will definitely be back
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamA lovely lunch with a friend, very friendly and excellent service
The Kingfisher – KirkhamReally enjoyed out visit, food was great and was well looked considering how busy they were. Appreciated fitting an extra couple of people in from the original booking. Highly recommend.
Nineteen Kitchen and Bar – GarstangA very pleasant experience. I drove 20 miles to meet friends. Great food, nice fresh veg. Lovely ambience and good service. It's a lovely pub with oak panelling and just as a pub should be. Definitely making another visit !
Royal Oak Hotel – GarstangFood not bad but booked a table for 19 15 but did not get a table till 2000.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamReally enjoyed our visit here. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food takes a little while but I expected that and the waiter kept us informed, which we didn't require but it was very nice. The food we had was really good, full of flavour, big portions, hot. I really enjoyed it and would definitely go again. The best thing for me is that the bar area is dog friendly so we visited with our dachshund. Food prices are OK, it's obviously not cheap but I think it's fair for the food we had. One thing I'd suggest, provide wet wipe/wet cloth for hands after getting stuck into those ribs.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamVisited Lytham Hall yesterday for the first time for a Sunday Afternoon Tea as part of my husband birthday treat. We were delighted at the presentation and amount of food scones coming separately as not enough room on the stand.as there is a limit to 20 diners it made you feel special - the ladies serving were a delight too.We will definately return and take in a tour of the hall too.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamThis is the second time I have booked afternoon tea. Although the service is very good , love the atmosphere, the food this time was a bit disappointing. Some of the items wasn't fresh and very dry , it obviously was made hours before we arrived.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamI’d love to be able to say this place was amazing, but I would be lying, really lying. It started when we arrived and the booking couldn’t be found, we were asked to get a drink at the bar whilst they sorted us a table, not a problem, only we’d not even finished pouring our drink from the bottle to the glass when we were being pushed to our table. Our table, in the corner, where it seems we were forgotten about, which is impossible as we were next to quite possibly the loudest table in history, with kids literally throwing food so everyone knew of our presence in the same area! We waited over 30 minutes to order, we were literally getting ready to leave when they came over to take it, we ordered, we ordered sides/starters to come with our meals so we could share and another round of drinks, 30 mins later, still no drinks, 15 mins after the drinks, so a good 45 mins from ordering we got 1 starter brought to the table. Nothing else. 3 little wings, 1 plate, between three of us. When mentioned about everything coming together we were told the chef had read the cheque wrong, and offered for them to be kept warm, and then someone else told us the chef had 2 more orders to do, and then would get ours out! The mains came. No sides though. When we could we asked about these and was told the order hadn’t gone through properly, but they would do them. As a gesture of good will they would knock off our drinks. Sides came after a few minutes, lukewarm. Now I would over look the absolute shoddy service, if the food was great. But it wasn’t, it was mediocre at best, the bbq sauce on the ribs was completely overpowering, almost vinegar like. The burger was tough, so tough I didn’t eat it. And the brisket, well the brisket it was fine, but the potion was shoddy, if you’re hungry make sure you order extra because it honestly wouldn’t have fed my 12 year old. The onion rings were alright, and the Texas toast was very not Texas toast like, the only saving grace was the wings, and the chips, which were lovely! Anyway, we got the bill, and low and behold, the drinks wasn’t even taken off. We called it quits, paid, and left. Honestly wouldn’t recommend, and certainly wouldn’t return.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamExcellent Food, as always. Staff always very helpful and very accommodating. We have a gluten free member of the family, so many options for her.
Lupo x JB Social – FreckletonFantastic food with lovely service. Everything was perfect. Such lovely staff and a great atmosphere. Would recommend for a great meal out. Reasonably priced wine too.
Lupo x JB Social – FreckletonHad a wonderful afternoon tea, the room was warm and cosy, the staff were so welcoming and very attentive, the food was really nice and lots of different flavours, we couldn't manage all the cakes, so they put some in a box for us to take home, a lovely glass of champagne to start and a good cup of tea to finish. Loved it
