Very attractive restaurant. The new upstairs room is lovely - good for private functions or quiet intimate meals. Food is faultless and the staff are a delight. Wine a little pricey but who drinks wine with Indian food !

Went to Knott End Cafe for my lunch, my first impression was quite good. The young waitresses were very pleasant and efficient. The food was very nice (10/10 for the lovely male chef). A very pleasurable experience with the exception of a couple of rude staff members.

I love Wah Wah's! The food has never disappointed. I especially love the national Thai dish of Papaya salad. I could eat it til it comes out of my ears! Defo worth a try when you visit here. If you don't see it on the menu, just ask for it. The yellow curry is amazing too. The lunchtime 2 course special for £6.90 is excellent value for money and can highly recommend the chicken satay and Pad Thai. Friendly service and nice clean surroundings with beautiful big paintings on the wall. If you love Thai food then you will love this place.

Very tasty fish, fluffy chips, peas are to die for! Staff are very pleasant in the take away and the restaurant. Don't be put off by the young looking staff they have, they are all very polite. All round fantastic.

We are regular visitors to Vesuvio. The food and service is excellent! Recommend!!

Spot on use this shop because you actually get some proper quality meat on your sandwich.

Good food but watch out for the £1 extra they charge for takeaways if you use a debit card. This is a rip off as it only costs 20p to service a debit card payment. I will not be returning until this unjustified charge is removed.

I saw the recommendations on sugarvine and decided to take my Greek Cypriot father for his birthday, he thought i was joking! Until we left the restaurant after a fantastic evening, with amazing food and service. What a great experience, such friendly staff. Thank you for looking after my dad, he loves your Baklava! I enjoyed it so much I'm going again tomorrow night!

great food ,great price, great atmosphere, what more can you ask for. definitely dine in this restaurant when in Blackpool, it's so much better than any of the chain Italian restaurants. We had dinner on 2 nights whilst visiting family in Blackpool and will certainly go back again,

We visited this restaurant on Wed 13th July 2011 at about 20.00hrs. As we were staying at the Travelodge Blackpool Central and on our way to Funny Girls, it was spot on location wise. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who guided us to a lovely table by the window. We were impressed by the £9.95 two course offer so went for that. This means you can choose the starter and the main course from the menu, which is also spot on, just the right amount of selection of dishes with a good variety. We have tried MANY Indian restaurants when in Blackpool and this is definitely the best one yet. The quality of the food stands out as 'proper' meat is used and the sauces have wonderful flavours. The naan was totally fresh, as was the rice etc. The drinks were delicious too, I love Cobra and this is on draft. All the guys that served us were very pleasant, polite and efficient. We would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and will most definitely be back in the future. A big thank you to all the staff.

First visited the Ship Inn in 1969! My husband and I have just returned from a four day break in St Anne's and ate at the Ship Inn every night - something we never do. Food is excellent, great choice, fantastic staff and nothing is too much bother for them if a request is made. Hope to be back again in September. Have recommended to several friends who are holidaying in the area.

Beautiful, freshly prepared and mouth watering Turkish food. Its hard to find good turkish food in the UK but this place has got it spot on. The meats and kebabs cooked on the BBQ here are not your take away kebabs! Meze's (or tapas) are to die for! Generous portions for under 4 pounds you get a huge portion of your chosen meze and stacks of home made hot bread - or a mixed meze for around 5£ you get 3 different meze's, turkish cheese roles and again as much bread as you like. After visiting other local restaurants i know you can pay over £5 for a tiny pot of hummous and three think slices of pitta bread and thats your lot! Here the main courses are enough to satisfy the largest of appetites and average around £10 per main. Very reasonable, friendly atmosphere and it has the locals talking!!

From the moment that you enter the restaurant the friendliness and hospitality of the staff is very refreshing. We have been attendees at the Red Fort for the last 3 years and being people that love an authentic Indian meal we can't praise the food enough. We have both tried the majority of dishes on the menu and we cannot say that we have experienced a sub-standard meal. The spices and flavours of the meals make the Red Fort special in our opinion. Add to this great service from friendly staff, in a comfortable surrounding, and it makes a perfect recipe for a night out. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Stay away on a Thursday night. The Quiz microphone is deafeningly load, as is the music played between rounds. You cannot hold a conversation reasonably during the whole evening due to the extremely intrusive DJ.

A fantastic restaurant. The menu has a delicious selection of meals and the wine menu boasts an excellent selection of Italian wines. Would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone.

been there many times, best Chinese in Blackpool, Food excellent, Kai a excellent host and always very welcoming. Out of townies try it!
