Very good service. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Whenever we try to decide where to go out to eat, we always wonder "shall we try here, shall we try there". But we usually decide "let's go to The Red Fort". The Red Fort never fails to satisfy. If you're a fan of Indian food, you may well have your favourite restaurant and probably your favourite dish that you always have. The Red Fort is our favourite and we always get great friendly service and excellent food. The restaurant is clean, modern and stylish. They have a huge menu with many different dishes that you will not see on other menus. They even offer you a small complimentary taster dish of any menu item - so if you're thinking of trying something different to your normal dish, you can try it for free. The Early Bird offer is great value for money - Papadoms with chutneys and ANY main course with rice or naan, for £8.95 before Monday to Thursday 5pm to 7pm. Last night we went for the Early Bird and had the papadoms to start followed by a lamb Pathia and a lamb Naga. The lamb is always melt in your mouth tender, unlike some places where I have been where it can be tough and chewy. We also had an Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and potatoes) and a Mator Paneer (Peas and indian cheese) as side dishes. The Early Bird dishes are not smaller than the full price meals, and we still managed to eat the lot! No doubt, next time we decide to eat out again, we will face the same tough decision - where else to go other than The Red Fort.

We have been eating at Red Fort since it opened over 20 yrs ago. The new decor and lighting have really set the Red Fort apart from other Indian restaurants in the area. Food is consistently good and the menu is varied . Ahad and all his staff look after us very well and the service/food to a very high standard. Visitors to Lytham should not miss eating at Red Fort.

My girlfriend took us to Gemma's for my birthday and it was wonderful. We went on a Sunday night and the staff were very welcoming when we went in, they were very polite and never rushed us. The meal was excellent and there was plenty of choice for my girlfriend who's a vegetarian. We had the 9.95 special offer but neither of us drink coffee or tea, so instead they brought us out brandy instead. The cost of the meal, the service we received, I would have to rate this as one of the best restaurants i have been to. To top it all they gave my girlfriend a carnation at the end of the meal. will definitely be visiting Gemmas again.

Been here a few times. Great menu. Great service. Good prices. Me and the boyfriend (I'm far too old to have a boyfriend but hey ho), anyway he always orders the same thing and although we only go there infrequently, the waitress remembered what he likes. Now that's good service!

Quite simply the best Chinese restaurant in Blackpool in my opinion providing somewhere sophisticated to eat in the resort.

We ate the Moghul last night 25th June, we have eaten there a couple of times this year after being recommended by a passer by who had just eaten there. The food is absolutely beautiful, the staff and especially the manager go out of their way to accommodate you, and the prices are reasonable too, we will be visiting again soon.

Great sandwiches lots of choices. All celebrations cakes I have had have been great both for .my husband son and grandson.Just pass your ideas to Stella and she produced me great cakes.

Wonderful food and excellent service. Each meal made to order. I have special dietary needs and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

At last a Subway in Poulton. Far better than other local sandwich shops, as they are prepared to order. Once you've had a Subway, you know you've had a meal.

Curry house with a difference. Modern, stylish decor. Very good service without being intrusive. Different menu giving both the familiar and a range of less well known dishes. Highly recommended. Definitely worth a visit.

every 6 months I stay overnight in Blackpool. My treat is a meal at Moghul. I have visited forty times now in twenty years, as a travelling sales manager I visit several Indian restaurants per week. Ahead at the Moghul is the best restaurant that I have ever been to, as my colleagues agree. The food is out of this world and the service fantastic. What amazes me is the value for money. I have been to many Indian restaurants around the north west and can easily say that the quality & service of the Moghul was excellent. My partner & I travelled over from Bolton on Saturday evening, as he hadn’t been to your restaurant for many years. Thank you for such a wonderful meal. I would love to have the recipe for the lamb zaflong, it was mouthwatering. We’ll certainly be returning for more of your hospitality and excellent food. Thank you again

I first started to visit the Moghul 12 months ago on an initial business trip to Blackpool i now try and return every time i am in the local area. Ali and his team have always made me and my colleagues very welcome and the menu never disappoints. The range and quality of dishes is absolutely first class and includes traditional favourites alongside dishes I have never seen before that are truly exceptional. this restaurant provides excellent high quality Indian food at a very reasonable price

Had my first visit to the Moghul this week (9th June) after lots of positive noises from my colleagues. I don't eat a lot of spicy food due to dietary issues so tend to avoid 'eastern' food. However the Moghul has a very well presented menu with plenty of helpful details about the many different dishes. This helped me choose a suitable meal. Crispy chicken rolls as a starter, excellently presented and very tasty. Manpassand Chicken (never heard of this before) with mushroom bhajee, rice and naturally naan. An excellent meal!

i have been to the restaurant many times and the service is always excellent and all the staff are very friendly. I have had many of the dishes and never been disappointed. The dishes are always tasty, well cooked and you can make modifications to the dishes to suit your tastes. Would Definitely recommend to all.

I have been to the moghul many times in the period april 2009 to present. On average my work colleagues and i eat there once every two to three weeks. The restaurant is simply the best indian experience in the region. The food quality is excellent, the service is always prompt and the owner always makes us feel welcome. Highly recommended!
