Well worth a visit best Fish i have ever had good sized portion and not expensive in fact fish chips and peas were cheaper than my local chippy in Manchester, the staff are very friendly and the service is good. If you like good fish then try it out

I would never recommend this restaurant, after eating on Saturday 3rd April,. It would take to long to explain, but the service, food and attitude was disgusting. I would be very happy to give a full history of our awful experience.

Usually you can rely on great food - took friends on Saturday and was very disappointed. They messed up the order - one fillet should have been medium and was rare - the other should have been rare and was medium with a pepper sauce instead of bearnaise. We did tell them and they simply cooked the rare steak a little more and did not make any deduction on the bill. The wrong pizza came and had to be sent back and the lasagna arrived 15 minutes after everything else. Not what we have been used to - hope it was a one off!

Toast is a lovely dining experience; totally what Blackpool need and then some. The service made our evening wonderful (Katie) attended to our every need. Would have liked some OZ wines to choose from. The food was nice but we only sampled the pasta dishes which were 'ok' but we plan to return to explore the menu and hope the wine list has some additions. Would defo encourage anyone in the area to pay Toast a visit

Ordered here about a week ago. Great menu,gorgeous food albeit cold and had to be warmed in the oven,the main trouble was that near the end of our takeaway,one of our guests found a FOOT LONG BLACK WIREY HAIR in the rice!!!!!!!!!!!!!! trust me,it wasn't one of ours,it was mixed in the rice!!! Surely,chefs need to wear a hair net whilst preparing food for the public. Sorry but although the food was nice we will not be using suda thai again. John

Great food and lovely staff......

Dining at Treasure City is excellent,. been many times .However last Saturday we had a takeaway for a change and found the two dishes to be the worst we have ever bought,Both sauces were the same tho different on the menu, food was bland and of poor value.in all TAKEAWAYS WERE VERY POOR!! Not as expected.

Food is excellent and this could be a great pub if only the bar staff were able to treat customers with a modicum of civility. When ordering, one is made to feel totally unwelcome; it ruins what could be a nice experience and is probably why very few local people frequent the premises.

The food is satisfactory, however my experience was tarnished due to the aggressive and rude nature of the staff. The staff failed to provide the food i ordered, but accepted no responsibility for their own inadequacies. They even continued to be rude as we paid and left- a dreadful experience overall.

Absolutely appalling service and terrible customer service. The staff were incompetent, unprofessional and ill mannered.

I live in Devon now, and must congratulate the very helpful lady, who answered the phone when I rang up to wish my 'Stepmum' a Happy 70th Birthday, who was there with 8 of her friends. She took the phone to her so I could speak with her, which was lovely. Then I asked if it was too late to do a cake, and she said it wasn't a problem and they would take her one out with candles, and it wouldn't cost me anything (I was quite willing to pay)! That is what I call Customer Service. Can't comment on the food, as not been there yet, but when we are next visiting family it will be on our list for sure! My stepmum and friends sounded like they were having a fantastic evening, and they all said the food was great! It certainly sounded like the restaurant was in full flow, which is always a good sign.

i always come to you fish and chip shop when i come to Blackpool i like it so does my children the food nice and at a good price too can not fault in any way

This is a great find 10/10 for food, service & live jazz. We went on a Tuesday & glad we booked as the place was full. Pizza & Risotto fantastic.....& the wine.

For many years we have gone to Thornton years ,usually as a group of between 4-10 people and for many years we have been served excellent value for money meals. However, Thornton lodge is now a "fayre and square" restaurant and what a disaster! We went as a group of 6 on 22nd march 2010 approx 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. the restaurant was almost empty yet we still had to wait approx 1 hour for our food. A requested well done steak was almost rare, fish and chips was purely batter and chips and scampi and chips, well I’m not quite sure what that was! We complained to the waitress and were offered 1 x complimentary dessert, however we all decided to have a dessert anyway. After putting our order in we waited 40 minutes, the only hot dessert ordered (apple pie and custard) came first but with no spoon but we decided we ask for one when the next desserts were brought to the table not realising we would have to wait another 10 minutes by which time the apple pie was cold! Viennetta ice cream was ordered, this had literally just been put from box to plate as it was still on the plastic packaging!!....never never again will we go there after 7 years of family visits. The meal was appalling, the service diabolical.. Bring back the old Thornton lodge along with the original chef and staff!

OUTSTANDING MINCE STEAK PIE ,THE BEST EVER BY A MILE AND THE STAFF WERE FABULOUS

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Six of us dined on a Saturday night and the place was packed. Even so, the service and food was fantastic, and we will definitely return.

I went to Bosco for a Birthday Meal with my family and it was a DISASTER! We walked in the Restaurant and no-one welcomed us at all, we had to sit ourselves down. We were sat for about 20 minutes and still no-one acknowledged us, we had to literally shout the waiter down to take our drinks order. Even then he didn't know what lagers they served and then disappeared for another 10 minutes! When the mains came out, mine was missing! I had to wait another 10 minutes after everyone else got theirs, so of course I was left eating on my own... HAPPY BIRTHDAY ME! One of the mains was undercooked pasta - we sent it back but were still charged for it!!! To top it all, despite being the largest table in there, spending several hundred pounds, the owner made no effort to come and talk to us and showed us no warmth. He spend ages talking to his friends on other tables but made zero effort with ours. I was left feeling cold and ripped-off. Zero atmosphere. Terrible service. Safe to say I won't be going back! There are far better Restaurants in Lytham.

omg !!!! love wah wahs best place i have ever been to to get tofuuu !!! just love it sooo much .. such amazing food .. in fact I'm going to get some now :) !!!!!!!!!
