I have been here numerous times and always had a fantastic meal. The fish is particularly delicious and fresh daily and the prices are very reasonable. Top quality food in a beautiful setting.

Dahlia’s Kitchen – BlackpoolWe had heard good reports about the restaurant and eventually attended the Burns Night - its was very good. The food was great and the whole event was very well organised - the entertainment was good though perhaps the singer's spot was a bit too long. Very friendly and attentive staff. We plan to visit again.
Dahlia’s Kitchen – BlackpoolThis has got to be the best Indian restaurant in the North West. Food is delicious, excellent service and therefore wouldn't entertain going any where else. Even Roy Chubby Brown was eating there last time we went, now he is a Fat B****** and if its good enough for Chubby, it's good enough for me!
Buraq – Kirkhamwent for the first time last week had the early bird meal it was fabulous and the portion size was good for the money a great evening had by all friendly staff and great food and house wine rose was excellent
Pizza and Pasta – Thornton-Cleveleysi visited taste and was not disappointed with the special lunch meal very good value for a 2 course lunch and nicely presented will call again
Taste – Thornton-CleveleysI could even get a table on Valentine's Day.... I called and no one bothered to pick up, when they did they were very unhelpful and didn't sound at all bothered whether I was a customer or not. I ask for a table for 8pm, much sighing on their end? was told they only did a banquet (I didn't ask what the menu was?). I was then told to leave a number they may (MAY?) get back to me. Its a special occasion, its Valentine's Day as if I MAY leave booking a table to chance, no effort was made on their part. For a new business, a new restaurant it was pathetic first impression of what service i MAY of been given, I predict this restaurant will be closed within 6 months with crap service like that, shame....
Chus – LythamI couldn't even book a table for Valentines day! I called and waited quite along time until someone bothered to answer the phone. When someone did they were very unprofessional, I asked for a table for 8pm Valentines day, lots of sighing then I was told they only did a banquet on Valentines day (I didn't ask what was on the menu?), so what give me a table! Next I was told they might call me back as they couldn't be sure they had a table, what pathetic service! I said thanks but no thanks, as we all know its a special occasion and as a married man I won't leave whether I had a table to chance, I'll take my custom else where thank you For a new business, especially a new restaurant they should at the very least try some good customer service. I predict this place will be closed within 6 months, shame....
Chus – LythamWe live locally and have been several times to Dahlia’s kitchen and cannot fault it. The staff are very friendly and efficient, and the food has always been well cooked and beautifully presented. The 2 or 3 course ‘table d’hote’ menu is particularly good value. Dahlia’s Kitchen, together with the Garden Place, also run occasional special events in the evenings, and these are brilliant fun - themed nights, with entertainment and buffet food to match included in the ticket price. We went to a ‘Reet Good Do’ (a Lancashire themed evening) and enjoyed various local delicacies including tripe and onions, Lancashire Hotpot, Black Pudding, and several different old-fashioned puddings. If you live in the Fylde area, it’s definitely worth making the effort to visit this place.
Dahlia’s Kitchen – BlackpoolWhat a lovely meal experience! I was looking for a new place to go when I found the Olive Tree Brasserie Restaurant on the Internet. I’ve decided to take the risk of driving from Poulton to St Anne’s and try a place that I had no information about. Well, what a great surprise! Everything was perfect: the restaurant is beautifully decorated, the staff were very pleasant, the food outstanding and the Greek music on the background completed the nice atmosphere. The restaurant concept is quality food and attention to details: the pitta bread was warm, the crockery was lovely, the food presentation impressive and the taste to die for! Portions were perfect and the bill came with a piece of Turkish delight. The waiting on staff work with a smile on their face while the chef does some shy Greek dance moves in the kitchen. After the gorgeous early bird 3 course I had my coffee on a comfy leather armchair and to tell you the truth I didn’t want to go home. I’ll be back in two weeks time!
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaWe think Turners Fish & Chip Shop is the most beautiful food we have ever ever ever eaten.!!! Mr & Mrs Turner & Staff are so wonderful and happy to oblige. Strongly recommend you try their menu. Alf Taylor, Oxfordshire
Turners Traditional Fish and Chips – GarstangWe were in Blackpool at the weekend to attend the pigeon fair and were recommended by our hotel to go to La Fontana. We had a lovely meal on Friday night and decided to go back again on Saturday. Although it was very busy, they managed to accommodate 8 of us and we all had a lovely meal with great service. The barmaid made us feel very welcome, we will see you next time! The Mitchells from Stoke.
La Fontana – BlackpoolSteaks, wine and service were all good. Not quite the usual buzzy atmosphere but not surprising considering the moist weather!
Portofino – LythamWe cannot praise enough the service that we received at The Mandarin. It was our first visit and we were made to feel so very welcome by all the staff. We have never before been in a restaurant where we have felt so comfortable. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. My only regret is that we live 60 miles away but we hope to return in the future with our family.

Pulcinella – Thornton-CleveleysMy wife and family are 'officianados' of good family food and hospitality toward well-behaved children, (can't abide children running riot) whereas 'Bohemian Me' am the ultimate critic of 'fish un chips'. On 28th December 2007 we visited this lovely place (originating from Lytham and now living in North Lancashire, the old 'Ship' was a 'stamping ground pub' for me in the sixties) with our family consisting of a 'one-year-old' a 'five-year-old', a couple of late something 'thirty-year-olds' and a couple of wrinkly sixty plus. The 'one-year-old' grandson was catered for on a 'high-chair' by food provided by his mother without any rankle from the establishment and apart from me, the other four of the rest of our party were delighted by their meals. That leaves me, the 'officianado' of 'fish un chips'. I can but say that the whole early evening was magnificent and that the 'fish un chips' could only be equalled by the 'Greyhound Hotel at Halton near Lancaster. (If you were to sell fish and chips in Blackpool, Whitby or even Burton by the Water, you would make a fortune) Thank you so very much for such a wonderful plate of proper Lancashire food, for your service, your 'Staffs' pleasant attentiveness and indeed the fact that not only were our grandchildren 'well catered for' but that they were also obediently quiet and polite throughout the whole of our stay with you! My wife and I have recommended your establishment ever since. Should any of your readers be within the Lancaster area, I would also recommend the Greyhound Hotel, Halton for a similar reception and food. Michael T. Loose
