Java – LythamOur family travels to Fleetwood regularly with an overnight stopover in a B&B just to eat at the Trafalgar Restaurant, now our girls' bring their boyfriends along and we each thoroughly enjoy the food, surroundings and ALL the staff who treat the family as old friends. We have been going to the Trafalgar for over 25 years now and have NEVER had a meal to complain about, and we also recommend our friends to book a table and they too have recommended this superb restaurant.
Trafalgar Restaurant – FleetwoodThis probably the best Indian restaurant on the Fylde in my opinion. Not only is the food great, the staff are great too! Well worth a visit if you have never been.
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaHaving read the comments for this restaurant I decided to give it a go. Maybe it is me and that I expect more for my money, but there was nothing about the food that excited me. The starters were overpriced and comparable to pub food and the mains courses again, were overpriced and somewhat tasteless. We had a mixture, pizza, pasta and a chicken dish. The pizza dough was salty and bland, I had tasted better from Dominos. The toppings were too oily and contained too much cheese. The passata/tomatoe sauce again was tasteless. The pasta was bland, overpriced and the portions too small. The chicken dish was cooked well, but not worth the amount charged. I really didn't know what I was paying for with this dish. When I eat out, I usually expect i) something comparable for what i am paying and ii) something better than what I can make at home. This restaurant did not do either.
Ricos Italian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeWhat can we say about the Merherin. It is without doubt the finest Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant on the fylde coast. A true hidden gem. The service is second to none, the staff and genial host TAZ make you feel perfectly at home in the contemporary surroundings. The quality and presentation of the food is five star, the menu is superb and varied. We have lost count of the number of times we have visited this wonderful restaurant, and are always spoilt for choice. There is something for everyone here, if your not sure about what to choose the staff are more than willing to take the time to talk you through the menu. A restaurant heavy on quality and light on your wallet. You won't be disappointed, go on give it a go !!!!!!!!!
Meherin – Thornton-CleveleysWhere do i start is the question?? what an amazing time i had eating here, the staff were so friendly, the place is done up amazingly. the food was fantastic, and i enjoyed a nice pint of fosters to wash it all down with, would i go again~?? to right i would, im booking my table now for next weekend
Toast Cafe Bar and Grill Restaurant – BlackpoolI really enjoyed my meal at Toast restaurant. The food was at a very high standard and the service was excellent. I was greeted and welcomed by a very friendly waiter with very funky glasses! The whole experience was one to remember and i will be definitely be booking a Christmas meal. I have already recommended it to my friends and colleagues, top class!
Toast Cafe Bar and Grill Restaurant – BlackpoolI visited Toast with a group of friends, we found the service very friendly, we were welcomed at the door and sat down within seconds, the staff at toast came across very friendly! The food was very nice, and i reasonable price.
Toast Cafe Bar and Grill Restaurant – BlackpoolI've been told about toast of a few people, so thought it give it. i was greeted at the door and sat down at my table in no time, the waiter then came and asked for are drinks order, i was like give me 2mins mate, ive not even taken my jacket off yet, he seemed a little annoyed by this, we then order, it was on the night time menu, the starters seem to take forever to come, i only order chicken wings and my partner soup, the main meal was ok!! the staff average, im thinking of giving it another go maybe it was because it was a busy sat night, but then again maybe not.........
Toast Cafe Bar and Grill Restaurant – BlackpoolThe staff at toast are absolutely marvelous! I had my lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon and although the staff were rushed off their feet they had plenty of time and patience for each customer and always had smiles on their faces. The food was wonderful, I had the chicken and chorizo salad, the portion was beyond filling. The atmosphere was great...mainly down to the wonderful waiters, waitresses and bar staff.
Toast Cafe Bar and Grill Restaurant – BlackpoolFood's very acceptable, but service, though friendly, is on the slow side - having been here twice, would assume that this is the norm.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-Seawent to burqah last night, was pleasantly surprised, nice bright modern decor, buzzy atmosphere good service and you get free popadoms!! Had a lamb roghan josh, slightly chewy bit oily but very nice all the same, would eat here again.
Buraq – KirkhamGreat food and friendly staff. They were excellent with our 4 year old daughter. There is a selection of beer and wine which is great to have with your chippy tea! Well worth the visit, you won't be disappointed. We've been back 2 years on the trot ourselves.
New Norbreck Fish and Chips – Thornton-Cleveleyshad a nice lunch in this lovely lytham eatery. great place for a leisurely sunday snack with the papers.
The Lytham Kitchen – LythamOh dear, my second trip here with the family and a wasted trip. We tried to order breakfast at 1120am only to be told that the service stopped at 11am. Fine we thought until the staff walked 2 breakfasts and a bacon roll past my nose 15 minutes later ! Try the Fisheries at Staining if you want I nice brekky for a reasonable price. We went promptly to the Wacky Warehouse near B&Q Warehouse. Well worth a trip the Halloween decorations were amazing and the food here is easily as good as Dahlias Kitchen for a fraction of the price.....
Dahlia’s Kitchen – BlackpoolThis was my second visit to Bosco, I ordered prawn pasta, which was a bit of a let down, very basic with no sauce, and it was quite pricey £9.95. However, my son had a margarita which was lovely! the atmosphere is nice and the service very good
Bosco – LythamI used to go to whelans regularly, however, now I think the quality of food is not so good and the portion sizes have reduced as the prices have increased. The fish is always soggy and flat, its hit or miss with the chips. The service is always friendly though.
Whelans – LythamThis is now my local eatery, excellent service, good food relaxing atmosphere. Went for breakfast for the first time very nice.
